Advertising images often have hidden pictures to stir wanted emotions...it makes sense that a goat could be blended into this image so people associate Adam as a goat...not being paranoid or mentally deseased...This is not unusual.

HeyThere
I see several...multiple faces, what looks like a lady bit on his tucked under foot, and Adams clothes have a goat head image. I haven't read other responses, I will mark what I see later if no one else sees them all. This is totally crazy!

Why do "Apostates/exjws" always go into "Watchtower-bashing" when you show them inconsistencies in the Bible?
by booker-t ini have noticed with "apostates/exjws" they always resort to "watchtower-bashing" whenever you show them inconsistencies of the bible.
we could be talking about contradictions, such as where did cain get his wife if adam, eve, abel, and cain were the only ones on earth?
the usual answer when they cannot answer will be "well the wt gave false prophecies in 1975".

Emotions, ranging from anger to contempt, are expected when someone "loses their religion" so to speak. I don't think it's fair to say everyone does it, or to throw the apostate label around...but when a topic comes up that reminds someone of a time of stress and unhappiness, in some cases family was lost, business, jobs, etc. Therefore, in a nutshell, emotions.

HeyThere
Find some of the crazy contents of watchtower past...Such as original wording regarding prophesies, the comments surrounding antimatter and spirit mediums turning into octopus creatures, vaccines being from the devil, black people turning white when perfected in the new system...etc. don't attack just ask what she thinks of these things. There is plenty of nutty stuff.

how many non born ins ever attended a church?
by sowhatnow inim curious, how many people on here had belonged to another church, or have enough knowlege of one.
to have thought the kingdom hall was a better option?
the wt articles often in the past, critisized other churches as being full of false christains, i have one from 1955 that rips on the roman catholic church.. not that they are free of guilt, but, i thought, gee, how many of these critisizers ever went to a small church to make that judgment?.

HeyThere
I was never a baptized witness, but I do have plenty of experience with other churches and the kh's to form an opinion. And hands down, every other church I have ever attended is so much better than kingdom hall/jw worship.
I was raised attending Christian churches. The youth groups were amazing. We raised money to feed the poor, went on missions trips to help build schools, supported missionairies, at one point I was part of a traveling play that raised money for a missions trip. I didn't get judged if I went to another denomination such as baptist or methodist, not even when I started going to kh was I judged. There was fun, community, love, support, and true charity.
All groups of people will have people with issues, or more eccentric, or crazy, or....whatever. But I feel so bad for those who think church is a place of sin and false worship because of the lies told from the tower.

HeyThere
I recognized that as well in the publications when I first started studying. They do exactly what you said, and add whatever they want to add to what the bible says to make their point. They are just making it up as they go along.
Welcome to the forum, I look forward to more of your posts. Very insightful.
