Personally I blame all that highfalutin college education - I mean all you gotta to be able to do is read, write and do basic sums, what more do you want to do after all?
So let's apply the KISS theory - Keep It Simple, Stupid!
They are told by Messrs Jackson et al. to 'not boast in numbers'? Why, because the numbers are decreasing!
Total baptized 2003-12: 2,707,710
Total baptized 1993-02: 3,149,153
That's a pure 14% decrease.Nothing complicated or controversial just 441,443 less people being baptized decade-on-decade. No death-rates, birth-rates, what-you-like-rates.
Just a simple 44,144 less people being baptized each year.
So, over a twenty year period there is now a consistent 848 less people being baptized each week.
That's a 121 less people being baptized each day.
Heck, that effectively means there is one less 'congregation' each and every day - yeah you could even say one congregation is disappearing each day!
Of course, it doesn't actually mean it's true.... LOL!

MissFit - maybe the rest of the visit is like that, but the 10 minute post-meeting meeting with E/MS isn't - sorry to burst your bubble - and that's what the OP was asking about...
The CO will probably spend all of 2 minutes explaining the governing body's request that all inactive people get called on during the week of the visit to invite them to the meeting on Sunday - he'll then probably exit the meeting and leave the CBE to divi up the inactives betwen the E/MS which takes a couple of minute, then that's it! It's all rather perfunctory
There will also probably be no follow-thru - ie no direct direction to encourage inactives to study, attend again etc.

The actual question from the 15 April 1984 edition of the Watchtower on page 29 in the article "Respect Jehovah, Urges the Book of Numbers" is:
Q: What actually happened to a wife guilty of adultery? Numbers 5:11-31
A: No affliction was brought on by the water itself. But it was drunk before Jehovah, who knew whether the woman was guilty of adultery. If she was, he would make her belly swell and her thigh fall away. Evidently the thigh is used here euphemistically for the procreative organs. (Compare Genesis 46:26.) 'Fall away' suggests that these organs atrophied, making conception impossible. This would harmonize with the fact that if the woman was innocent her husband was to make her pregnant.That's all folks!

LOL!.... DATA-DOG did you get out of the wrong side of bed today?.... the meeting is just the CO handing over the cards of those who haven't reported for six or more continuous months to the CBE and asks that they (E/Ms) endeavour to contact each one to invite them to the Sunday meeting. It's all very quick and the CO will probably make a quick exit. NOTHING will be probably said about irregular reporters or those with very very very low hours, focus is purely on those inactive people. And no follow through, purely about attending the Sunday meeting that week.
