brief overview... black college professor / lawyer, recently came in the truth... yadda yadda.. well, i worked with him out in service, and we were talking about mormanism, and he said that he knew mormanism was wrong because they once taught that black folks couldnt go to heaven, but then they magically changed and said they could.

so then i asked him how he felt about the society's old stance on black people.

Definitely "best of" material! You have come a LONG way. Just reading this, compared to when you first started posting about getting reinstated. I'm sorry you had to learn the hard way like you did, and that your sister-in-law's friendship wasn't what you thought it was. You are worth much more than that, and I hope you find friends who love you for who you are. You sound like a friend worth having.

Boobah... an acid trip for kids?

when i get up for work in the morning i normally watch a bit of news in bed before i start to move around.

the other day i was flipping through the channels and came across a very very strange show on pbs at 6:30 am (dallas channel 13) called boobah.

it is designed for very young children... and i swear it looks like an acid trip!

Question for women-and men{preferably gay}

i am seeing someone thats about 10 years older than me.she also works where i work.i am a union worker and she is "management"in the same company i work for.we have alot in common ,and i have been seeing her for about 2 1/2 -3 months.i know that isn't a long time,but i do really like her.i am atracted to her mentally and physically.my question is,can this work?should i let her be the aggressor,do i tell her that i like her alot.i don't want to scare her away,but it's hard to be in limbo,even for a guy.i don't really know what she wants out of this,and neither do i.we also have to keep it a secret at work,which isn't a big deal right now,but could be down the line.i should probably just take it slow,as i have.the org fucked me up in the trelationship department,so i am a bit lost.is the age difference to much.i don't feel it is,because i enjoy her company.its wierd,because my last real relationship,i was in charge,you know,the one who gets loved more than he gives,now i feel the shoe is on the other foot.time will tell,but anyone been in this situation before.just curious!

I don't think the age difference is too bad. My next door neighbors have an even bigger age difference (I think she is about 13 years older than he is) and they have been together for 20 years. Letting her know you're interested is not necessarily a bad thing (just my opinion, as a woman) as long as you don't act clingy or desperate. Hope you get some more good advice soon.

ORLANDO -- The landlords of an entertainment complex are suing two restaurateurs for refusing to move into a building because they say it's haunted.

People who worked at the building have reported seeing ghosts or apparitions, said Lynn Franklin, attorney for the restaurateurs. "It's very serious," he said Thursday.

The lawsuit filed by owners of the Church Street Station says an offer of an exorcism was refused. "I asked them if these were good ghosts or bad ghosts, and if they were good ghosts why it was a problem," said David Simmons, an attorney for the building's owners.

Christopher and Yoko Chung, the owners of Amura Japanese Restaurant, backed out of the lease.

Franklin said Christopher Chung's religious beliefs as a Jehovah's Witness required him to "avoid encountering or having any association with spirits or demons."

got a phone call from my daughter who lives in florida a couple of hours ago.

her significant other who i chose to call my son-in-law (because he is the best thing to ever happen to her) got a phone call that his 6 year old daughter was killed in an auto accident near lake placid, florida and his 5 year old son is in very critical condition.

the ex wife is also critical.
