i was reading a book on celtic beliefs.

and as the western beliefs have the zodiac; and the asians have the 12 animals who came to buddha, so the celts believe different trees represent basic characteristics in humans.. so ok which kind of tree would you be ?

i would be an oak.

JW strangers say mean things to you at assemblies?

jw's can be rotten, but what about the "brutally honest" jw strangers at assemblies?

i have had some issues with the general meaness jw's are to people that they do not even know, and are jw's.. example 1: i was maybe 13 years old and i was a fast developer, i had big boobs basically.

well a dress i had was really nice...my parents would not have let me wear something that was not apprepriate for me, but i guess the dress was low (i didn't think so) and when i was in the bathroom at the assembly at the mirror, a woman just came up to me and was like "you are showing all the assets you have to offer" or something to that effect.

i have done extensive genealogy research so i know a few famous relatives.

Raised a JW... did you have a childhood?

personally i was quite serious at a young age.. there was no "boys will be boys" growing up.

personally i feel kind of cheated out of a childhood by an organization that forced you to think that "everything around you was going to be gone soon so you better grow up, start publishing, and giving talks.

" did any of you experience a less than stellar childhood, especially because of the lack of holidays and socially-isolating religion gowing up?

hi, just wondered what the jw stance was regarding schizophrenia as a mental illness/demon possession.

would be interested in some real analytical stuff as it is for a nursing assignment and there doesnt seem to be too much literature about the subject - everyone too busy harping on about the blood issue i suppose!!

personally i wouldnt have a tranfusion and it has nothing to do with my religious beliefs.

i normally never listen to christina aguilera,but one song by hers just touched my heart..its called "the voice within" omg its weird how music can do wonders and just sooth your soul for a couple of minutes...it feels awesome..i feel i can relate to every single word of this song,its everything i feel and everything i i hope for.well what songs do u really enjoy,that lift your spirits??...

i know i dont post often but guys,if i didnt have ya"ll to console me at times and get me thru my depression i would be miserable.here i have people who understand,who went thru the exact struggles and troubles im going thru,i want u guys to know i sincerly apreciate it and i mean that with all my heart..thanks guys ((((hugs)))) love,laura, .
