Saddam not part of Sept. 11th...from George's own mouth...
by Aztec inwashington, sept. 17 president bush said wednesday that there was no evidence that former iraqi president saddam hussein was involved in the sept. 11, 2001, terrorist attacks, disputing an impression that critics say the administration tried to foster to justify the war against iraq.
theres no question that saddam hussein had al-qaida ties, the president said.
but he also said, weve had no evidence that saddam hussein was involved with september the 11th.. the presidents comment was the administrations firmest assertion that there was no proven link between saddam and sept. 11. it came after vice president dick cheney clouded the issue sunday by saying, its not surprising people make that connection.. speaking on nbcs meet the press, cheney also repeated an allegation, doubted by many in the intelligence community, that mohamed atta, the lead sept. 11 attacker, met with a senior iraqi intelligence official in prague in the czech republic five months before sept. 11, 2001.. weve never been able to develop any more of that yet, either in terms of confirming it or discrediting it, cheney said sunday.

Um, I know who Olivia De Havilland is, sis, I'm young, not ignorant I just didn't know the relationship. I don't know any of the history on moms side of the family, only on my dads because my cousin Jim wrote a book about it. Those are some pretty interesting facts, maybe I oughtta look into moms side, I've always been afraid after meeting the freaks in the immediate family!!!!

Too many to list!!! I am a Waddington, and our family dates back to 798! Anyone from Canada, Australia, or the UK might know that name. I've got my genealogy book out, and it says that our branch is the "West Riding Waddingtons, of Yorkshire". Duke Wada was the Anglo-Saxon chief of Lancashire and Yorkshire, and founder of the Township of Waddington. Waddington means Children (ing) of the town (ton) of Wad. The book says "The Waddingtons are a true family, from one ancestor, Duke Wada from Ferrands of Gascony, whose line in the 12th century gave Kings to Portugal". They're kinda famous, at least historically!!!! My g/g granduncle discovered Mt. Waddington, in B.C. Anyways, no one famous in America, but that's ok, I might be the first!!!!!

Internet stalking..
by Brummie in...sounds wierd to me, has anyone here truely been affected by it or accused of it mistakenly?
i imagine either is quite disturbing.. dang, i only play around on here and other sites, i enjoy the people who play back and we give as good as we get.
but my intention is to never stalk anyone, so if anyone ever thinks i'm stalking some pretty lady, let me know and i'll back of before you can even say the words "acute paronia".. i'm a very happy married man, wouldnt trade my wife for the world.

No Respect
by StinkyPantz ini have a friend who refuses to tell me how old he is.
he claims that people often judge you or pigeon-hole you when they find out how old you are.
i have tried to argue against this point, but i have recently realized how true this is.

"Maybebabies, has truly grown in to an exceptional young woman, an I am proud of her individualism."
Awwwwww!!! Thanks sis! I haven't experienced any ageism on this board, but lord knows I see a lot of it out in the world. I know for a fact that it's cost me at least one job, as the interviewers response to me at the end of the interview was "thanks for coming, but we're looking for someone with a little more life experience". When I said that my work experience matched the criteria in the ad, he said "there's a big difference between work experience and life experience". I was pissed, needless to say, but realized I wouldn't want to work with some jerk who didn't take me seriously, anyway!
