I have often thought about different situations as mentioned.

But, for me the bottom line is this. They could grow by leaps and bounds, They could get all the money they could ever ask for. They could go to hell for all i care.

The only thing that matters to me is that my wife gets out!!!! as i mentioned, My son's don't want anything to do with the cult!!!

So as long as she is in there, I still have to deal with there BS. She is so brainwashed, she would die for them. She told me that if they asked her to take a pill. She would...how sick is that!!!

is it me who thinks this.......jw pimi or pomi women lack natural affection toward there children, family and human's.. it must be the indoctrination that strips these emotions.

i see it in my wife all the time, when she talks with non jw people she is like "meh" i got to talk with you.. when she talks with jw people, she has a cult emotion like "yes my people" .

she has set such a bad example of what a christian is, that is also what desuades them and keeps them thinking its a cult.

When she becomes a different person after meeting, Her inability to reason about anything due to her black and white thinking, her ability to shut them off at a whim without a thought of natural human affection, Everytime she gets dressed up for a zoom meeting, Her inabiltiy to help other people who are not JW's

Like i told my sons' if they had decided to join and then left she would not think twice about shunning them. This hits home to them. She is not like normal women or mothers who have that natural affect.

I hear what your saying Pete Zahut, our son's are older 22 and 17.....we have been married for 31 yrs. I was only in the cult for 5 years and only 3 of those were somewhat serious.

she was born in and inactive for the hug majority of our relationship. although looking back she was POMI. anyways at this point i would lose to much money and investments if i got a divorce. If something like a situation where they ask her to get her bag and go. Which i find so astronomically unlikely, at that point we are done. i would not take her back.

So my wife tells me yesterday....on Saturday we having a emergency disaster class on Saturday. Kinda like most corporation have and it's through zoom. I could tell you all now, i hear the word zoom and makes my skin crawl. I am an avid investor and i will not drop a dime into zoom stock for the fact they are being used by the BORG.

Anyways, i digress.

So i ask her, " So if there's a disaster would you choose to go with the JW's or stay with me and the our two son's?"

her answer. "Well you chose to leave the JW's and i strongly believe what i believe".

I am like so in other words you would chose them.

I said, " you know we left for a reason and you don't even try and understand why we left, there more important to you than us."

she said. " well you chose to leave."

and i said " well i was hoping you would have left with us and chose you real family"

there was more, but that is the jist of it.

Fantasy vs. Reality

Her fantasy brainwash is this. " if there is a disaster and people need to be evacuated, the elders will round everyone up on a white horse and take them to the KH, and then wait to get direction from the GBidots. They will be provided with all they need i.e. food, toilet paper, ground beef, popsicles all the good stuff. And then march into the new system arm in arm.

Reality, The JW's have no clue what to do and will lean on wordly govenments to provide what they need. just like now. They have a veil thin exterior that decieves people. In a disaster she is not going anywhere. Reality is, she is not going to leave me and our son's

Sometimes I say, F*&% it and just get a divorce. but, when not in cult mode she is awesome and in reality she needs me more than ever now. especially during this pandamic. Because as menitoned her religion does nothing for her in reality, maybe a check in here an there. but there not providing food, clothes etc for her or anyone and i am sure they have a larger than normal percent of people unemployed due to lack of education and non escential employeement...it's a publishing house that only think of themselves.

i was so happy in my dream.

when i woke, it took me a few seconds to realize it was only a dream and that she is still brainwashed.
