The Japanese decrease simply has to do with demographic causes the population of Japan is shrinking rapidly since 2007. The number of Jehovahs witnesses is decreasing there because they are, as any other group, a reflection of their society.
The majority of japanese people are aging now.

this is due that many in usa and canada leave home to leave on campus.
it was mentioned that many young european jw attend universities and its not frowned on.. i found this odd because i heard what morris and losch said about education in italy.

Educational systems and job opportunities differ per country. So local circumstances play a role in the decisions whether it is wise to follow higher education or not.
For example in europe there are no job offers in the building and construction business, since they have a real estate crisis since 2008. In some countries there are no job offers for low skilled people.

a number of them are very upset over the congregation being required, to send in all monies over $4,000.
a number of these were kh's that were saving to buy land, and or build new kh's.

By the way. In our KHall certain people (those who made large donations for a local project) were asked last year if they were ok with transferring the money to Brooklyn.

people that donated money for new kingdom halls can be happy.. their money will be well spent. 14,000 Kingdom Halls will be built or renovated in the near future, even in countries were people have no money
it's more joyful to give than to receive. A true lover and worshipper of Jehovah would be happy that his money is being used for the worldwide brotherhood and building projects all over the world.

i haven't read over much of the recent articles in the last decade from the wt.
i wonder if they will mention muslim extremists and use that fear as a control mechanism on their members.
i have a feeling they will resist mentioning islam specifically.
