as you have probably noticed, i haven't been posting much these past few days.. part of it is the "holiday blues" which i can't seem to break out of.

not much in the mood to participate in controversial, confrontational, or political posts i suppose.

i just don't have the intestinal fortitude for it right now.

As far as your carpel Tunnel, My granny has it and she says that if you put Emmu oil on it, it makes you feel much better....

It is hard to find, but if you go on line, you will find it there..( some health stores carry it as well)......it is expensive, but she says, she would not be without it.......hope this is some help for you....

i know some of you have met via the different gatherings over time and i really hope to get to one this next year myself.

I have met a few here on board now, and have had nothing but a whole lot of fun, when meeting people ( only been to one gathering though)

Sassy your on my list to the first one I want to meet...You have been a wonderful person to me....very honest and suppotive as well....

I have meet, Needs_alot ( Vicki) Rekindled our friendship....It was the best!!!

Rayzorblade...He has a heart of gold....Love him!

Peddy...(Rhonda)...The most giving person you will ever meet... she is a doll...I love her

Izziicool..(Walter)....Another giving person, would take his shirt off his back for ANYONE....Great guy!

Hopefully I get to meet alot more at the campfest next year....I am really looking forward to it.....

Are You Gullible?

have you ever wondered whether we are too easy to believe what people say they are?

it seems that sometimes we get posters that masquerade as down and out, searching, or very sincere----when, in fact, they are none of these things.

i know we want to believe that people are not dishonest or callous----but----i wonder if we should be more aware than ever before that there are persons that will always try to play on our trust.

I would consider myself NOT to be Gulliable...Infact I think I go beyond further investigations, when I doubt someone or something...

I think it all comes from being a Jw,and the crap that was brainwashed into my head...As far as the board goes, I tend to give the benifit of the doubt, until I meet them....There are a few that, I take beyond the board and have disussions with them through e-mails, phone private messages or even meet and hang out with...I can usally tell, by the firist couple of interactions that if they sincerer or not....I have a pretty good judgement per say if they are honest or not.....The ones I dont trust, or a bad feeling comes over me, I tend to just put off...

I also want to know why the (jws) dont come public to back up their so called rights..( the rights meaning where they seem to feel that they are right and they are reporting ALL child abuse to the CORRECT authorities )

Its funny how, now that the jws are getting more and more backed into a corner, that they have no where else to go now, so they start comparing The Fith Estate to the National Enquirer.....give me a break....just my 2 cents..

I am the same way...Tornadoes....I always dream about being in them with my kids,and trying to take cover with them.....

I have even bought and read books about dreams and tornadoes.......They say it is because we have unsettled things in our lifes,

and there is always constent whirlwind in our lives..Bottem line, we are always on the move,and the wheels in our minds are always running.....BTW, are you a leo as well?
