He married Chrissie Gomez, right? The "good" Gomez kid? I only say this because Debi and Eric were...horribly, horribly naughty. Chrissie broke his heart? How so? I remember going to the wedding, May of 1992. It floored me because they were allowed to play rock and country. I still didn't see any hot guys to dance with, so the evening was a total loss for me. I did have fun smoking behind the building with Leota O'Sullivan, though.

I knew the Corderos! They were friends with my mom and dad! And Stacy Scholbrock married Brian Jones and had at least one kid.

veggie pad thai or tofu curry? there are a lot of delicious thai and korean dishes that are savory and might hit the spot when you're craving something "meaty". morningstar farms makes great fake sausage patties and burgers. I make veggie biscuits and gravy with it and it seriously rocks.

makes you wonder what their excuse for the world not ending will be in 2050? "oh, we have new light that says all of those anointed were mistaken and so there's still like 6,000 left." and by generation, they mean millenia, not 25 years, so it's going to be sometime in the next thousand years after 1914. so we have until 2914. the light is getting brighter!

now, if they could just get it down to once-a-year publishing.
personally, I wish it was the Watchtower they were publishing less often. the Awake had better (read: not so preachy) articles.

i am, right now, watching vh-1's history of the jacksons and in particular, the charges filed against him.. they just showed how mrs. jackson became a devout jw, showed the kh, and a few wt mags.

then, without expecting it, there was bill bowen!

talking about the epidemic of abuse in this church.
