on thursday september 5th, we learned that a 20 year old jehovahs witness (jw) named collins stephens had died in an intensive care unit in little rock, arkansas.

for us, this tragedy is heightened by the knowledge that something as simple as a transfusion of red cells might well have saved collins life by allowing physicians to repair his damaged heart and aorta.. we know that collin was in an accident and that he survived for over ten days in a drug induced coma.

we know that physicians worked feverishly to keep him alive and build up his blood count.

Thanks for posting that. I think it's pretty amusing considering how arrogantly/ignorantly some of these dumb dubs are when it comes to door-to-door work. I guess they think they are above anybody's law. LOL, that dumb dub got what she deserved.

one thing that the witnesses promote is how they are different from the rest of the world.

in your personal experience , did you find that you could trust a witness more than you could a non-jw?

. If you were ever a JW you have to acknowledge that honesty is talked about both in print and from the platform quite a bit, unless you were sleeping the whole time.

Tell that to the active brothers and sisters. It's them that have been sleeping the whole time or the preaching just entered in one ear and went out the other on all of them.

FYI: I dealt with JWs as I was personally involved with one as well as dealt with her family and friends. I am not a JW and don't care to be one as I am still Pissed Off with what they've done to me. Honesty??? They'll preach it to death, but they surely don't practice it.

Now for honesty's sake, why don't they might as well tell us non-JWs straight that if we don't join, Jehovah will kill us at Armageddon rather than put on a bells and whistle sermon about a new life in Paradise.

Also for honesty's sake, what is the need for Theocratic Warfare??? Isn't Theocratic Warfare the same as Lying??? If it is the same as Lying, then wouldn't that be DISHONESTY?

ok, well we had 7people total to support the silent lambs.

it was me,valis, my roommate, country girl, and 3others from oklahoma.. we had 2 reports show.

one was a talk radio station, and another was from a tv station---no camera though.. the reporter from channel 8 is wanting us to do a documentary type thing.

However, as an organization, they do stress the importance of honesty and how it ties in both with worship of God and one's salvation very well. As a group, I think they do a fine job (in fact, too good) of keeping their members in line with their teachings.

) contact person who will be conducting the press conference in orlando tomorrow.

he told me the reporter at the orlando sentinel really really really wants some local area stories to report on regarding the wt child sex abuse situation for future articles.
