For afrikanman and everyone else posting legal definitions and such i get it. I really do. But the legal definition of an employee in no way supersedes the vow of poverty. You willing declare yourself a nonemployee in advance. You willingly state your, essentially, a monk or a nun. All your legal twists and turns are irrelevant.
I also understand that as bethelites we (yes we, i was there for a year) had expectations of a bit of loyalty, some godly treatment as it were.... But those were OUR expectations, OUR preconceived ideas. Those dont change the law or the legality of what we signed.
