Right or Well?
by startingover ini don't know who wrote this but i found it interesting.
i heard a funny story about a cowboy who ambled into the local blacksmith shop and picked up a horseshoe, not realizing it had just come from the forge.
he immediately dropped the hot shoe, shoved his seared hand into his pocket and tried to act nonchalant.

by lovinlife injust came back with a new name, but it's not likely you remember me....it's been a long time and alot of new faces.
but i just got a new computer and now i can be back and join in the fun again!

Where are the liars now?
by spiritwalker inwhen i was a child, and being raised a jehovah's witness, i remember a lot of key members of the local congregation.
there were the elders who always seemed to be there for my family.
there were the families that were the central figures of the congregation and even the local witness community.

From heavy-handed morality to no morality
by logansrun init is an almost knee-jerk reaction for someone coming out of a high-control group like the jws to automatically throw all caution to the wind and act in a self-destructive manner.
(unless one goes from one hc group to another, that is).
i'm all too curious...for those that have been out a while, did you go through this anomie?
