You took her to court because she moved a whole half hour away? Then you want sole custody, but you don't want to actually take care of them full time. It seems that you don?t want to do the work of caring for the children full time, but you want to control your ex-wife.

10Update on my court proceedings
by outbutnotdown ini received the decision from the judge today.
for any that were following it, the judge was determining whether my ex-wife was in contempt for moving over a half hour away and a few other things.. i'll make this fairly brief.
she was found to be not in contempt.

(Ex-)Elders and MS: Do You Know What They Discussed Before Appointing You?
by GermanXJW inwhen i was appointed an ms for the first time (i moved several times and got recommended each time) i heard through the grapevine that one of the elders complained to the boe that once he asked me to move my car so that he could leave the parking lot.
i replied (jokingly): "oh, there is enough place for a truck.
" but i moved my car and was surprised that things like that were brought up in the discussion to appoint me or not.

My father - an ex-elder - told me a similar story. A regular pioneer was to be appointed an MS and everyone on the BOE agreed - except one. The elder claimed the pioneer invented the numbers on his service report. The CO checked and said: No, he does not. Still, the elder was against appointing him without giving a reason.
This became somehow public because this elder went to the pioneer and said: "If you get appointed and they ask you if you agree Iw ant you to reject." This went up to the point that he threatend the pioneer.
The pioneer later changed congregations. My father never learnt what was the reason for this elder's behavior. But he resigned as an elder and quit going to the meetings about this after he wrote several letters to the Branch and got unsatisfying answers." -

Why are people stuck on what they look like on the outside?
I'll tell you something, the first thing that turns a man on is a good looking woman. It's a natural reaction. For men, looks are first. For women, it's a bit different. Looks are a bonus, but "what's on the inside" is the most important. The guy can be ugly as hell, but if he knows how to press the right buttons in a woman, he's good as gold.Am I correct?
Money helps for some women too. Not me, but a decent job is important and being financially responsible.

by Obviously Secret inmy biggest pet peeve in the world is people who cheat on their spouses or on their girlfriends or boyfriends.
i have no idea why, i never even been in a relationship before, but it just ticks me off so much when i hear about people cheating or being cheated on.. i was talking with one person, aint gonna say his name, but he was talking about how he loved his wife with his whole heart.
and she is the love of his life and different things, but he just found another to go along with his wife.

she said that a 2nd cousin, who works in new york bethel, is coming to canada bethel for about three months, as part of the move of their largest print press to bethel canada.

I do find a Walkhill closing to be unrealistic for they did just spend so much money remodeling and adding on. Also, I'm not sure who would buy such a thing. A weird mix of factory type buildings, farms, and apartments. It would have to be some crazy cult like the Branch Davidians, oh wait a cult already owns it. I do think that that Walkhill must be losing it's advantages. Even when I was there in 2000, they were already starting to downsize some of the farming they did there. They have to be losing money on the whole farming thing, especially when you consider how cheaply you can buy food instead of taking care and housing hundreds and hundreds of Bethelites so they can make milk. Does that make sense?
The Wallkill land has grown in value over the years and just like the other farms in that region it could be developed for residential housing. They could make millions off a development deal.
They don't really farm anymore because it's cheaper for them to buy food than grow it. It is not a fully functioning farm as it once was long ago. I still don't believe they are selling it off just yet because of the new printing complex.

My Sister got married and I wasn't invited

I'm Taking on the C.O.

so, yesterday, i decided to take a different approach.
