Could it be God's active force FLY over the Surface of the waters ?

again, If the Holy Spirit were merely a force, then He could not speak ( Acts 13:2 ); He could not be grieved ( Eph. 4:30 ); and He would not have a will ( 1 Cor. 12:11 ).

Another references : Holy Spirit ministry is to bear witness of Jesus (John 5:26). Holy Spirit is a Creator - (Gen. 1:2; Job 33:4) and a Helper - ( Phil. 3:3), etc.

In Genesis 1:26 if God was said to Jesus and It was not Square with Gen 1:26-27 itself, because God said “Let US make man in OUR image, according to OUR likeness Then in Genesis 1:27 And God proceeded to create the man in his image, in God’s image he created him; male and female he created them.

Man was created in God's Image ?

If God was talked with Angels....how come Man was created with God-Angel's Image, it will contradicted with Gen 1:27 Created Man in God's image.

If God was talked with Jesus, and Jesus was a Creature, then When God said “Let US make man in OUR image, according to OUR likeness" , then Man was created in God-Creature's Image ?

Could it be Jesus is God ? if so then would not be contradited with Genesis 1:27 and John 1:1

When God said to be making man in "OUR" image (Gen1:26), it couldn't be "angels" He spoke to, and the only logical explanation would have to be Jesus who was there. as it later says its in the image of GOD (not God and angels) man is created. Angels where not created in the image of God.

Without the "bodily reserrection of Jesus" there goes the "Trinity"

the other day i ran into a jw elder that i knew many years ago as a teenager when i was a "devout" jw and he who has been a "devout" jw for over 40 years started to debate with me.

i tried to avoid him because i have basically stopped debating with jw's on the bible but since we both were at the "dmv" there was a long waiting period.

the elder started on the "trinity" doctrine and said that "born-again christians" hold onto the "bodily reserrection of jesus" doctrine not because they believe it but because they use it as a"magic wand" whenever that cannot answer scriptures that show jesus is less than the father.

if the focus on the bodily of Jesus, there are two options :

1. if the body of Jesus was different with the body when Jesus was alive, it would be called Re-Incarnation.

2. if the body of Jesus was the same with the body when Jesus was alive, it would be called Resurrection.

Which one in the mind of JWs ? Re-Incarnation or Resurrection ? did JWs believe in Re-incarnations?

When I look into the Bible, every Resurrection was revering to the Physical Bodies (Remember Lazarus and Tabitha's Story).

Every JWs believe that after the Big Armageddon they will be resurrected with Same Body (Physical Body) then It will be contradited with 1 John 3: 2 and Phi 3:21 which is stated that "We shall be like Him". because the body of Jesus risen as a Spirit being/Angel being (Michael the Archangel).

What Happened to the Body?

i'm fairly new here, so please excuse me if this has been discussed before.

it seemed like an appropriate time to bring this up.. suppose we accept that there really was a man jesus, rabbi, teacher, etc., but just a mortal man.

so if he didn't resurrect, what happened to the body, and how was the "myth" of the resurrection perpetuated, especially in light of the numerous "witnesses" (some of whom were still alive when the accounts were written, if we can believe that part of the accounts) and the effect this had on their lives?

The questions is not just only the body of Christ, but also our human Body (Human) in the ressurection.

According to these verses below

Phi 3:21

who shall change our body of humiliation so that it may be fashioned like His glorious body, according to the working of His power, even to subdue all things to Himself.

1Jo 3:2

Beloved, now we are children of God, and it has not yet been revealed what we shall be. But we know that when He shall be revealed, we shall be like Him, for we shall see Him as He is.

Every JW believe that they will resurected as Physical Body, then they believe that Jesus ressurected as Spirit body. So that would be contradicted with those verses above, while , right? any comments, please?

i have studied all the denominations of christianity, those who deny the deity of christ, and those who don't, those who believe in a trinity and those who do not.
