  What is the worst revenge you've taken on the WT, Elders, or JW's?

  other than living a happy life, is there anything you've done to get back at them?

  i never was a jw but did do some creative things to cause a stir in one of the local halls.

  all of it was legal too.

  remember that stupid book that they had, "young people ask, answers that work are weird?

  minimus just mentioned it in a thread.... they have that young people ask section in the awake!

  Did Jesus or other bibical figures use marijuana?

  i've heard on a couple of occasions that it was a frequent practice in bible times for people to use hemp oil.

  has anyone else heard this take on the bible before?

  is there a way to prove whether its true or not?

  well iono about Jesus, but my Indian ancestors used what my teachers called "tobacco". but in reality, they were trying to hide the fact that the Native Americans were potheads. Thats why they called it a peace pipe because marijuana calms you down, whereas tobacco gets you wound up (i think). but then again, the indians had totally different beliefs. i need to start studying up again on my ancestors and their beliefs...

  to trace the foundations of this ongoing biblical bonfire, we must go back to 1999. .

  all hell broke loose in israel in november of that year when prof. ze'ev herzog of tel aviv university announced: "the israelites were never in egypt, did not wander the desert, did not conquer the land, and did not pass it on to the twelve tribes".

  so pretty much what you are trying to get at is that each prophet saw what they thought was God, but had different personalities (i.e. the god of some of the books is loving towards his people, whereas the God of some other books is a violent, violent God...) Am i on the same page as you?

  eh, i would have probably made him look like a jackass. instead of saying anything, i would have asked him why he wasn't preaching because all witnesses are taught that if they aren't directly going door to door they should be "indirectly witnessing". it would have sounded better =D

  i could no longer carry the burden, and so after 30 years, i left.

  Abusing human fears and emotions

  ok, this sounds kinda stupid, but i've been thinking of it all night long at work.

  almost every government and every organization that has used sheer fear to move the emotions of its followers has fell.

  and well, people can only be scared and afraid for so long before they either break down into a mental illness, or walk away and say f**k it all.. me and my g/f had a little talk today.

  ok, this sounds kinda stupid, but i've been thinking of it all night long at work. Almost every government and every organization that has used sheer fear to move the emotions of its followers has fell. And well, people can only be scared and afraid for so long before they either break down into a mental illness, or walk away and say f**k it all.

  Me and my g/f had a little talk today. I knew something was wrong, but she wouldn't admit it at first. Then she told me she wished things could be different, and she just had this scared look on her face. So thats where coming in at work falls into place. I realized that she's afraid of everything she's been taught. About the end, about being disfellowshipped, about the elders not accepting her therefore god not accepting her. Pretty much she's afraid of losing everything because of one word, fear. She's afraid of these bastards, and I think she's had enough.

  Every Jehovah's Witness is afraid of one thing, wether they'll admit it or not. They are afraid of them, not God. They hold all the dice, and they have all the cups for the kegs.

  Okay, so the main point is, the reason why the Watchtower will fail, and fail miserably is because their control tactic is fear. Nobody can be scared forever, especially where there is a vast treasure of information everywhere. So if you really really want to free a Jehovah's Witness, all you have to do is dig to the root of all their fears......the elders.

  "telephone sex, however, promotes coldness and anonymity...... telephone sex is one of the means that satan the devil is using to corrupt young ones today.....if you are currently engaging in telephone sex, why not get some help?

  lol, i got 2 of them. i was disappointed because it said masturbating was bad....shot my best hobby down the drain =P i also remember other things about it, but not offa the top of my head. i'm going to get it out and read and post about it later.
