  Yes I was wholehearted, climbed the spiritual ladder, and was admired by many. Then the WT started to publish things that didn't set well with me. Kept it to myself, teached what they taught, and spoonfed others. The generation change, was confusing, the blood issue was rediculous, and started doubting, until there was a mishandeling of an abuse case. That sent me on a downhil spiral and open my eyes.

  Needless to say it was an experience that I will never forget. Now I can think for myself again.

  Lonestar,

  I know how you feel about have to do more and nore. When I was the PO, I could never do enough. I went to several elderschools, and found them to be one of the most discouraging meetings in my life. With my full time job, two teenagers, talks, sheperding calls, fieldservice, meetings, there was just not enough time in the day to accomplish everything that needed to be done.   on friday smurfy went in for surgury and it went ok. when i got her home my dad called and was telling me that he was going to have the date of his back surgury changed.

  when he got done talking about his surgury i told him about smurfy having surgury that day.

  the bastard never even asked what she had done or how she was doing or if they could help out with anything.
