As far as what people think of me ? Dunno, good question.
Hopefully, passionate or kind comes to mind. I respect empathetic people and try to be the same. But, who knows...? It's so hard to get a real idea of people using only typed words.

Scholar...I asked you again and again. Why have you not answered ? Mine is not arguing about meaningless (to me) dates. My question is simply about the educational qualifications of the writers of the Watchtower. This is a fair question. It was certainly asked about Josephus..."why did he qualify as a writer/historian to be taken seriously ?"

Un-named 'secret' people that don't allow themselves to be questioned -- even about their education are simply dishonest. Especially because they just happen to expect their followers to give "whole-souled devotion" to this cause. Our very lives are expected to be given up...on their 'say-so.'
So, in a little bigger print, I ask you again..."who are these "celebrated WT scholars" ? What are their qualifications ? Prove they exist, I dare you...

So-o...you still haven't answered MY simple question, for you to 'Name some names...' you tell us who these "celebrated WT scholars" are. That way everyone can look up their educational experiences, we'll see if they can even read Greek, Hebrew, etc. We'll see in the light of day what makes them "scholars."
If you cannot prove this arguement, if you and the WT insist on 'anonymous' scholars, instead of being honest by allowing people to ask questions and criticsize...people will suspect you of dishonesty and fraud.

You know as well as the rest of us...deniability. Just like all the crap about Aluminum cookware and vaccinations, blood fractions, organ transplants, Alternative (to military) Service, the "Generation" lie, 1975, 1975, 1975, did I mention 1975 ?, etc, etc, etc.

Y'all git on outa thar, ya' hear me now !? I lived in New Orleans till I was 13 and went thru Betsy in '65 (the last time the levees broke!). Houston is my home town and most of my jw/non-jw relatives live around those parts.
PLEASE, be careful. Don't take any chances with this thing. It is a Cat 5 now with 165 mph winds. I read that a storm surge of 50' is possible @ Galveston...which is only 7' - 8' above sea level. The Seawall is only 17 feet high. The entire island could be submerged with that possibility.
We will have y'all on our minds. Btw, if it follows the computer track...it will come thru Austin, then up I-35 thru Ft,Worth/Dallas where we are.
