  Will Jehovah himself kill me, or will Jesus, Satan, or someone else?

  i've heard people here say jw's believe that jehovah will slaughter non-members of the jw religion when armageddon comes any day now.

  does the watchtower teach that jehovah himself will do the killing, or is it delegated to someone else like jesus, satan, angels, or humans killing each other?

  who is the actual killer in the picture?

  People talk about the 'differences' in the OT & NT...Jesus was all about love and kindness, right? Jehovah was the murderous, jealously insane god who demanded that we be like Him, as the Israelites gleefully did.

  My (play like) theory: A sane, kind Jesus went to heaven to live with his Father, and now, after, 2,000 yrs. he is crazy & murderous, just like his Sky Daddy.

  Personally, if either one of them exist and I get to "stand before my maker," I have some choice not-so-nice-but-true words for Him/Them. Then, of course...they will want to kill me! If my cancer doesn't kill me first.

  Corned Beef

  last year i purchased a corned beef package from trader joes.

  i love corned beef but my husband didn't so i rarely cooked it for the family.

  but trader joes was passing out samples last year, i couldn't resist and hubby decided he liked it but i'm only to buy the corned beef from trader joes.

  Oh, yeah...that's the problem, there's all kinds of sauces that are white. I just could not imagine something good on corned beef. Thanks barry & tal. I still have a little corned beef brisket left over I was going to use to make hash with.

  Now, I'll try both.

  GB member gets pulled over...

  so one day a governing body member got pulled over on interstate 95 for erratic driving (frequent lane changes, slowing down, speeding up, etc.).

  immediately, the highway patrolman asks to see the gb members drivers license.

  the gb member happily obliges and hands over his worn out new york state drivers license.

  It's like Deja Vu, it sure inspired me to Reg. Pioneer pre-Armageddon.

  Oddly, out of all my JW relatives *I* am the only one who sees this hypocrisy.

  Oh man ! I just fixed my 1st corned beef brisket a few days ago. It had a whole cabbage quartered, small onion halved, 2 thinly sliced big garlic cloves, halved skin-on red taters, that spice packet that comes with it and some smoked black pepper.

  My sweetie wife never liked it, but after this...she loves it now! She also loves any kind of mustard -- me -- not so much. We are gonna make corned beef hash in the morning.
