At least one act of kindness when you were active. I mean I have been sitting here reading threads. Some are very depressing infact about the lack of love, acceptance, socialbility and such. I am also sitting here trying to think of some positive experiences but can't think of all that many. Surely the 10 years I was involved there must have been some positive experiences, some laughter but for the life of me I cant recall any. What about you?? Can you think of any positive expereinces whilst active?? Something nice must of happened surely??????

Who Is Your Brother?
by jgnat ini just found out that my honey has lost the "priveledge" of being called brother.
now when elders call on him, they use his name only.

Hmmm reminds me of one of my favorite comedians and one of his characters...Brother Lee Love.......remember he always had the big foam hand and sang the same song????/ Your brother apart form being your maternal brother is a friend who loves you for being you. I dont think in terms of Brother or sister anymore just friend. Like most other things JW related its just a word that is used that really has no meaning. You probably are familar with other terms like love, equality and stuff that are words that are used in JW speak but mean absolutley nothing! So don't sweat it! It could be the start of better things to come...breaking free of the troof and such! It goes to show how unaccepting JW's are and have no idea of what real love is all about!

Good question. If I was with others I would make sure they are safe. Heck most possessions are replacable but people arnt. However as I live by myself I dont have anyone else to worry about so I might think about grabbing my mum's stuff she left me as its the only things that mean a lot. When I fled my x I had to leave a lot behind and thats when I learnt a lesson about material things, they are just that. Life is what is important to hold on to.

Hey blades
I hear you. That sounds like the last 18 years of my life whilst I was married. I was so bored most of the time I cottoned on the things like the internet, video's ganes etc. Now I have ended that situation I still have odd moments of tedium but they are less and less. Today is one of them but that's because I have an inspection tomorrow and I am cleaning up etc. I am resting at the moment having finished doing most of it but its the last few things that are taking the most energy. That's probably becuase I didn't get home till 2.00 am this morning after going to the opening of our fringe festival and seeing a live show about the Berlin caberet which was fantastic and walking for miles! Life gets like that sometimes unless we fill every moment with activity. Sometimes though I wonder about people with lives like that, are they just fililng empty lives so they dont have time to think about things?

I'm stupid, whats the biggest mistake you've ever made?
by dustyb inso who all here makes mistakes?
my single biggest mistake was being born...otherwise i'd have to say that my biggest mistake was taking up a hobby in extreme sports such as riding motorcycles and mountain bikes down buzy streets, and skateboarding.
doing all of this while i have a bone disease that severely limits my mobility now and in the future..... also posting my previous topic was retarded =d

Funny I thought your name was dustyb not stupid. Why did you change your nickname??
The biggest mistake I made was getting married when I was 19 to a man who was 13 years older and has taken advantage of me since the day I met him and is still trying to take advantage of me.
The second one is like your first one and my third one is not having the courage to end everything right this instant like I often wish I could. Its just all to hard and getting harder by the day and I am sick to death of it all.

Oooo we do have all the answers in australia and usuaully 12 hours before anyone else dose. The unfortunate thing is we dont always understand the question!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hehehehehe little humour to lighten the thread...hey I did say a little humour...... you want comedians go visit a comedians thread........
To however made the comment about the end being near.......Hey the "end" has been near for over 100 years. How can you live your life in the hope that billions of innocent people will be killed just so a few can live a so called perfect life under the full control of some organisation. You could get killed tomorrow and so what will all the what if and living your life as if "what if". What if the end never comes, what regrets will you have then???? Well the end will come for everyone. Its called death and we all have to go through it in some shape or form (depending on your beliefs of course).
Puter go for it in a big way mate because opportunity does stop knocking at your door............get renewed, reinvigorated and who knows you may find the person of your dreams waiting on some shore somewhere in some part of the world..................................waiting, pinning and hoping the man of her dreams will sail into her life someday.............................and take her away from all this constant sunshine and warmth and dead, lifeless plants on a dry crusty continent..............oh well who knows a person can dream!
