  Just had surgery...

  yesterday i joined the "surgery club"...can't say i wish to keep being a member.

  it was a same day surgery, but should have stayed at lest overnight.

  didn't sleep much last night, as the pain meds made me itch terribly.

  i recentley read that cod liver oil is the new wonder "drug" apparently it wards off cancer, strokes, heart disease and helps alleiviate feelings of depression.

  also milk thistle is an excellent addititve to take, as it helps repair and rebuild healthy liver tissue from the toxins of modern life (especially alcohol !

  i watched the classic video 'the wicker man'.

  a bit dated, but a great story even so, and quite apt too.. and i shall have 'a little something', as winnie the pooh would say, before bedtime.. what did you do?.

  i was talking to a very good friend yesterday, and realized something that has been hinted on in a few other threads, but i think that this needs to be pointed out for the newbies and lurkers sake.. in the organization, we were told that if we left the "truth", then we would have nothing and no-one to go to, we would lose this worldwide brotherhood of over 6 million people.

  many of us would lose our families.. but here, in cyberspace, we have all found something very special.

  we have found this amazing place where we can voice our doubts, talk about our beliefs, be ourselves, and not have to worry that we will be cast out.

  it must be the end-of-the-mont-scramble to get time in.

  i just got off the phone with a gentleman who, talking approx 1000 words per minute, so that i could almost not understand what he said, identified himself as "navin", and wanted to "share a scripture with me".

  he clearly did not know who i am or my history, or my website hobby.
