About To Read Some Apostate Stuff.

CoC = Must read for any former JW. I read it in two days. My husband, who was never a JW and met me after I'd left, read it last month and was absolutely fascinated by it as well.
ISOCF = I didn't read it all, it's a bit long and I wasn't really searching for christian freedom at that point. Ray Franz is a devout Christian, a very spiritual man, which I think is commendable, however I am not, nor am I really even interested in religion at all at this point. I read the parts that interested me (i.e. the blood stuff) and thought it was great stuff, but I could not read it cover to cover.

Anybody else watching American Idol 3?

Yeah! I'm glad they voted off Matt Rogers ("You are the weakest link. Goodbye!"). Totally shocked that Diana DeGarmo was in bottom three. Don't know what people were doing, she was actually very good on country night. My only people who should even be in the phase of the competition, IMHO, are:
LaToya, George, Fantasia, Diana, Camille, Jasmine, Jennifer and Amy.
Everyone else must go bye-bye now.

be honest.. i know mines always been trying to reconcile being gay and being jw.
as i was growing up it was like being in the middle of 2 polar opposites both tugging at me day in day out, sometimes trying to understand one whilst ignoring the other and vice versa.
