- Are you currently married or coupled to/with a white/caucasion American/Canadian/British/European/Scandinavian woman? Yes
- Are you happily or unhappily married/coupled? Yes
- Why are you happy or unhappy in your marriage/couple? We are happy because we are both very unique people who appreciate each other in a way we have always longed for and needed.
- If you are happy or unhappy in your marriage/relationship, does it have anything to do with the race, background or culture of your wife/partner? Or is it her as an individual that keeps your interest or doesn't keep it? I would be happy with my partner regardless of ethnicity or national origin.
- If you are man who is divorced from a white/caucasion woman, do you date white/caucasion women now? Do you exclusively date women of other races? I have never been divorced.
- If you date women of other races and cultures, do you do it because they are subservient? I don't want anyone who is subservient.
- How many of you guys prefer an intelligent, confident, independent and loving woman of any culture to a subservient woman of any culture? I want an independent minded woman and that's what I have.
- Are there any non white men here prefer white women over other races and cultures of women? If so, please tell us why. Not me.

If he gets elected, it's because they like Bush---less.
I agree. I am awful tired of this "lesser of two evils" limbo. I sure wish John McCain was the republican nominee. I voted for him in 2000. Even got his autograph.

Kerry - 53 Million Votes, 51% of the popular vote, 291 Electoral Votes
Bush - 51 Million Votes, 48% of the popular vote, 247 Electoral VotesMy prediction is based on results from the 2000 election. I have added Gore's total to the votes for Nader and added Buchanan votes to Bush. Of course this assumes that the Nader voters will go Democratic which may not happen. They will certainly not vote for Bush. They might vote for another independent candidate or simply stay home. Kerry may get more votes from disillusioned swing voters who supported Bush in 2000 so it might make his total even bigger and it is inconceivable to imagine any of Gore's votes going to Bush.

What album make you feel better?
by Nosferatu inis there a certain album that you own that just makes you feel a hell of a lot better?
for me, it's cinderella's "still climbing" album.
it's about life in general, about how it sucks, but you gotta make it work for yourself.

And if you've not heard Buckley, hear him;
I am not familiar with Buckley so I will have to check out some of his music. In the recent thread about meeting celebrities I mention my encounter with Bob Mould. Another record which is uplifting to me in an odd way is "Katy Lied" by Steely Dan. Listening to these songs about wall street hustlers (Black Friday) paranoid schizophrenics (Bad Sneakers) drug addicts (Dr. Wu) perverts (Everyone's Gone To The Movies) and gamblers (Your Gold Teeth II) always makes me feel better about myself because at least I am not as bad off these people are.

Warehouse: Songs and Stories by Husker Dü.
What an excellent choice! I would pick "New Day Rising" myself! That'll get your blood pumping! I also love to play their debut "Land Speed Record" for a cathartic release. That album is poorly recorded and sloppily played but the ferocious intensity and passion make it thoroughly invigorating for me. By the way FlyingHighNow really loves "She Floated Away" from Warehouse

As for Kucinich, I really like him, but agree he doesn't have a chance, but I wish he did. He also doesn't LOOK Presidential, which is a sad thing to say, but it's true.
I totally agree. He is the only candidate that I agree with on just about every issue. Andy

100% Right Simon! My mother, who got into an accident at the end of last year, used her walker to go and vote in the Michigan Democratic Caucus for John Kerry. This is a person whose very first vote was for Barry Goldwater and voted for almost all Republican presidents including Nixon, Ford, Reagan, and the elder Bush. There was a report on ABC news about one of our economically troubled cities nearby and the lifelong Republican mayor who has never voted for a Democrat for president is seriously considering it. At my place of work many of the young people cannot go see doctors when they are sick because they cannot afford to. A lot of people are struggling hard right now and Bush is oblivious to it. Andy
