  Body For Life 12 Week Transformation Challenge!

  anybody here ever tried the body for life 12 weeks transformation challenge?.

  well, i will be starting day one tomorrow.. .

  basically you take some "before photos" of yourself, along with your weight, body fat percentage, size measurements etc.

  Home Schooling

  it seems that there are a lot of witlesses that opt to home school their children.

  i had a family in my former congregation that did that, because the kids did not want to be around worldly people (sounds familiar?).

  it also seems that they are speeding things up, so the children can get out there and pioneer that much sooner.

  I have to agree with Just as I am Home schooling can and does work.

  It takes dedication from parents of course.

  But the results for some kids are awesome.

  for the past weeks, i have gotten in touch with a lot of old high school classmates.

  a lot of them i've found over the internet.

  after reading their profiles and talking to them, to my surprise, a lot of them are professionals with degrees like doctors, engineers, business, etc.

  my psychiatrist told me therapy was not going to cure my headaches (yah).

  my home-doctor (i don't know if thats the system you have too, but here we have one general doctor who gives his patient referrals to see specialists), does not believe any referral to any medical specialist will help me.

  that's cuz i have tried so much already, and any referral will give me hope that there might be a cure - which in his opninion is not possible.

  Pain is awful and when your GP isn't very helpful,it can become seemingly unbearable.

  Try if you can to not give up hope that you will find some cure or treament to make the headaches less traumatic

  i've said a few times on here that i'm 99% mentally free of jwism, or something similar.

  but i think i may need to back that number down just a bit.. i now believe that this world is all we've got and that,collectively, it matters what we as a species do on this orb if we want to continue to spread our dna indefinitely.

  (some would argue that human extinction would be a good thing, but i'm not in that camp.

  Me too, always cared about Politics when I was a witness just couldn't vote thats all!

  Now I have added it to my degree.

  I vote and email MP's etc had some really good responses.
