ATTN WT MONITORS!! Enforcement Action Needed NOW!!
by Open mind inthere is a disturbing trend in my area that desperately needs attention from headquarters.
congregations are getting together for picnics, parties, "fun nights", etc.
this shocking disregard for theocratic order reached a head recently when what should have been termed a "get together" was flagrantly referred to as "the congregation picnic"!!!

Well speaking from experience to be a good Jehovah's Witness's your brain must have had to have been thoroughly hard boiled by means of GB dogma. It's a breading ground for individuals who have great need to be pampas A'H, it does not mean that the rank and file are bad people, it just means that you have Pharaoh type personalities in there and the slave personality who willing does what they are told, cause they are past the point of asking what for, cause they are hard boilded egg heads.
Here is what a good Mormon said once about studying:
"I think a full, free talk is frequently of great use; we want nothing secret nor underhanded, and I for one want no association with things that cannot
be talked about and will not bear investigation."
Mormon President John Taylor, Journal of Discourses, vol. 20, p. 264. -

Is There Free Will In Heaven?
by serotonin_wraith inchristians will say the reason there's so much evil in the world is because of free will.
even christians will 'sin' on occasion, but they believe they can be forgiven.
free will is seen as a bad thing...?.

Free will, everyone has free will, even disobedient angles have free will as we know, as well as children. I have the hope of one day if it be Jehovah's will, be near him in heaven, it is (my free will) that I render to him, namely my appreciation for his majesty and love that I can only faintly now imagine. To nurture my obedience in this world with in my imperfect state, and then when the divine nature has been provided for me after my death by means of gods grace that is, he can by means of (my free will) allow me to present it to him and his son Christ Jesus, it is my only gift to them that they can truly smile upon.
Jehovah at no time has ever forced his love on anyone, at some point humans (free will), will draw them to Jehovah or away from him and his son.

Well, not knowing how old you are if you had children and was a wonderful provider for them would you not want them to admire you for all that you freely gave them, life its self, even more so with God.

Snakes had legs until Eden curse! Watchtower 1880 till 1974!!!
by Witness 007 inoften flicking through watchtower bound volumes i would see pictures of eden which shows the snake in the tree of knowledge with legs??
even the photo drama of creation shows a snake with legs.. watchtower 1964 p.352 "genisis 3;14 {snake}on your belly you will go and dust you shall eat...before god curse it the snake had legs, that elivated it above the ground...god transformed it's body so that it ceased to have legs and was able to move on it's belly.".
god's eternal purpose 1974 "god did not put a curse on the whole serpent family...it had only been victimized by satan.. forrest gump watchtower science is price-less!.

I have been partaking for sometime now that I do not go to the Witness's memorial service. Many years ago in a Northern Utah Kingdom Hall I partook for the first time, I was a regular pioneer at the time and always felt the desire, but after my first partaking a few elders informed they would not recognize it as legitimate and count it, as if that mattered. Since that time I no longer have a sad hart concerning partaking cause now I recognize the Associated Bible Students and their view on matters which is quite basic, most people become all agitated over the use of the pyramid and fail to see why they use it as a graph only, besides its a lot less intrusive than the blood issue or holidays and voting and on and on that the Witness's have now because of Rutherford.

Sinning against the Holy Spirit - Unforgivable? How does one commit it?
by Shawn10538 ini seem to remember a doctrine that says that the only sin that is unforgivable is a sin against the holy spirit.
is apostasy a sin against the holy spirit?

One thing for certain, is that through Christ's atoning sacrifice we should not have undue worry that we may have put our selfs into some dreaded circumstance by word or deed.
The fact that it is mentioned in the scriptures shows that there may be some people who may have put them selfs in a un-forgiving position before Jehovah that would be precarious as far as forgiveness is concerned. But the fact that you, are asking would indicate to me that you have nothing to worry about in this regard. To put it into a nut shell, no human should ever presume that they know if someone has offended Jehovah so much that the precious blood of his dear son can not apply to him or her in some matter of sin, only Jehovah can read the heart remember this!

I have long ways remembered the scripture: Jehovah's eyes are roving about the earth searching for anyone whose heart can be complete towards him" And that Jehovah wants to show his strength in behalf of those who fear him", In a true sense Christ is our new father (Adam) he replaced him, his sacrifice even covers his (Adam's) sin for Christ died for all mankind. Basically I feel as the scriptures indicate that Jehovah is full of tender mercies", and I have always enjoyed this: Jehovah realizes we are mere dust," yet he sent his son to die in our behalf that we could have life through Christ balancing his scales of justice, in a true sense Christ is our new father, his powerful sacrifice even covers Adam's first sin, for as the the bible says Christ died for all mankind.
No where in the scriptures does it say that father Adam and mother Eve can not benefit from Christ sacrifice, that is a Jehovah's Witness doctrine not a bible teaching.
