  WT claims progressive understanding and not that wt teachings is an un changeable standard. For example, wt once celebrated christmas and believed in the cross.

  Did you ever meet someone born in the 1800’s?

  i met freddie franz who was born in the 1880’s and many others from the 1880’s.

  but as a very small child i remember someone very old aged 106 and that person was born around 1856 which means that he was around people from the 1700’s..

  being born-in and raised as one of jehovah's witnesses i remember a common theme or phrases used by the watchtower in its theory of why things are the way they are -.

  jehovah created humans.

  jehovah created humans as free moral agents.

  Not being funny, but I'm not convinced a does God exist.

  He can give you empirical evidence specially to you to convince you but what difference would that make except that you will know with certainty. Of there is any ultimate justice every person will know.

  World wars, and all the other parts of Jesus sign that identity his parausia correspond with 1914 and all the events that followed and the preaching work is all evidence that this is the time period that Jesus prophesied about. Therefore the great tribulation must come during this era of the anointed of the JW. Only the great tribulation with the tethered immediate events has not occurred yet. So seeing all the other evidence, the the gt will hit shortly.

  As I said before everybody that was alive in 1914 is gone now both righteous wicked and anointed. Given all the other fulfilled parts the the prophecy, the passing away can only refer to the overlap. Which means that evil generation is not the meaning of generation today.

  If you think that in the greater scheme of things he is some how significant

  Just using his age as an example.

  Since there was no overlapping generation in 70CE that applied, the great tribulation came before all the apostles died of old age. However, the same thing was expected to happen with reference to 1914 but those guys passed away and even everybody else that was alive in 1914 died almost completely if not completely as of now so the generation prophecy can only find fulfillment in a anointed overlapping generation.   So when is the actual latest deadline with the overlapping new light?

  There is no new light The deadline was in the past before the death of Brother Fred Franz more or less.

  Because the great tribulation dd not occur back then, the only explanation for that is that the definition of generation involves a younger age group living on borrowed .time.
