The Bible speaks of a consciousness after death,
No it doesn’t
we all know that despite many scriptures to the contrary, jw's believe that when they die, their consciousness will cease.
my question is this: what will be the likely reaction of jw's if they find themselves conscious after death?.

No it doesn’t
since health insurance doesn’t pay for prp injections, i am skeptical about it’s efficacy.
obviously if this treatment was necessary, it would be paid by health insurance.
don’t know much about prp except that the physician extracts blood from the patient and concentrates the platelets from the blood then injects the medicine into the affected site in the body to speed up healing of a torn ligament for example.. i saw an interesting statement in wt online site saying or implying that sub major components might be a personal decision and also using one’s own blood may be a personal decision, if i understood the information correctly..

“A Christian must decide for himself how he will allow his own blood to be handled in the course of a surgical procedure. The same applies to medical tests and current therapies that involve extracting a small amount of one’s own blood, perhaps modifying it in some way, and then reinjecting it.”

Just as blood plasma can be a source of various fractions, the other primary components (red cells, white cells, platelets) can be processed to isolate smaller parts. For example, white blood cells may be a source of interferons and interleukins, used to treat some viral infections and cancers. Plateletscan be processed to extract a wound-healing factor. And other medicines are coming along that involve (at least initially) extracts from blood components. Such therapies are not transfusions of those primary components; they usually involve parts or fractions thereof. Should Christians accept these fractions in medical treatment? We cannot say. The Bible does not give details, so a Christian must make his own conscientious decision before God.
Enjoy life forever p163
What about the medical use of blood? Some procedures clearly violate God’s law. These include the transfusion of whole blood or any of its main components—red cells, white cells, platelets, and plasma. Other medical procedures may not be a clear-cut violation of God’s law. For example, some procedures involve the use of fractions of one of the main components of blood. Other procedures involve the use of a person’s own blood. When weighing these options, each of us must make a personal decision.

As to whether the witnesses would accept this type of treatment, I would have to say no since this is an injection of whole blood.
It is autologous blood fraction.

I agree with cofty here, there is no consciousness outside the physical body.
—Any after life depends upon a resurrection from the dead. WT interpretation makes sense that God wants the earth to be filled with righteous people although some people can go to heaven like Jesus told his apostles that they would go there to rule as kings and be the wife of Christ but not everybody because most people stay on earth.

DD,
I really enjoy your style and the way you say things. You have no idea how much you make me laugh and how much I laugh and have laughed in the past with your posts, the way you say things. I’m laughing now.

not a hint of a new date for the great tribulation.
the attitude of jw is that they expect it immediately although the inter-lapping anointed allows for any additional extended time.
given the time of the end, the end comes after the good news is preached in all the inhabited earth for a witness to all the nations with the internet and 108 years and tons of publications even in finnish.
“ I am coming quickly” 2000 years later is not quickly. Since the Bible is inspired, we need to understand how did Jesus come quickly.” Also, if you tell someone that the GT will arrive soon and you don’t even know if it is going to arrive at all during his lifespan, what do you mean by “soon”?

DJW, you are cool. In the heat of discussion I’ve often posted rashly here. I respect you for your honesty. I’ve noted this virtue in your other posts. I too mean no offense with my posts. I don’t preach to the choir here on this forum. Many posters here make good point. I’m not going to pretend they are not and resort to fallacy to win an argument. I would be lying to myself. I don’t want to give the impression that my objective approach to the forensic analysis and critical thinking of wt beliefs and practices on board means I don’t sincerely believe in my religion. I do believe. But I also enjoy the discussions here. It is interesting. I don’t need to be defensive about it in an apologetic manner.
I also compassionately understand the feelings of people here because I too have feelings.
With kindness,
Fisherman
