BLOOD POLICY: Acts 15:20 says abstain from blood but 1 Sam 14:32-5 says Saul's army ate unBLED meat to not starve and no verses show God not forgiving them plus in Matthew 7 Christ says God also forgave David's eating temple holy bread and that God wants Mercy Not Sacrifice. The May 22, 1994 Awake tells of 26 JW children who died without transfusions, and common sense tells that in extremely massive bleeding as in car wrecks blood expanders won't save lives (ajwrb.org). An estimated 3 JWs die daily earthwide due to this unscriptural policy. (Blood On The Altar).
DISFELLOWSHIPPING: Christ said families would be divided, some members doing good and others wrong but never ever advocated destruction of families. 1 Corinthians 6:1 only says judge "trivial" things as in business, James 2:4-13 calls judging harmful, and Paul says the "majority" (2 Cor 2:6), followed his advice to shun a wrongdoer, meaning a minority chose not to and yet he nowhere condemns them. So why the formal Judicial Committes destroying families?

You know all members are told to report on each other though the Bible condemns busy-bodying. DIVINE NAME: We may use Jehovah or variations of God’s formal name (Yahweh, Jah etc) but Christ says call God “OUR FATHER” (Mat 5:9) and Paul (Romans 8:15) also says call God FATHER for closeness so why stress more a formal form of God's name? To hallow Our Father’s name is to glorify His personage so haven’t top leaders apologized for often mispredicting dates for Armageddon or the Kingdom as shown in the dark green Proclaimers history (see index for dates). Didn’t Christ say "no one" knows the hour or day of the end and isn’t mispredicting a vain usage of God’s name bringing public reproach upon it! (PLEASE READ Ex 20:7, Deu 18:22)
WITNESSING: Verses say don't forget the poor (Galatians 2:10), give free (Mat 10:8), and Christ helped the hungry and sick, so why ask donations at doors since, as the New World translation puts it, "we're not peddlars of God's word" (2 Cor 2:17, New World)? 2 Tim 5:8 condemns those uncaring of their own so why after 120 years do WTS heads not have for needy JWs and others food-clothing collections, soup kitchens, hospitals, nursing homes--only token literacy classes, short term disaster relief committes existing briefly after disasters? What our hands do to help people is a greater witness than our mouths.
HOLIDAYS POSITION: Watchtower leaders admit Christ was likely born about Oct 2, so why ignore he was conceived 9 months before on which means about Dec 25. Why insist Christmas is from the pagan Saturnalia when John 10:22-3 says Christ also celebrated the Festival of Dedication or Lights, i.e. Hannukah, which first began Dec 25 but has varied since because lunar-based? Don't Job 1:3, 3:1 and 3:3 (you must read all 3 verses) show Job's kids celebrated birthdays? Didn't angels celebrate Christ's birth? Why call "compromises" those holidays that attacked and replaced paganisms? Colossians 12:16 says let none judge you about a holiday.
COVERUPS REPROACHING JEHOVAH'S NAME: Leo Greenlees was a child molester fellow worldwide Governing Body members reassigned but never disfellowshipped (excommunicated/shunned) in the 1980s and into Aug 2001 child abuse was still officially covered up, causing costly destrictive court costs and reproach.n. Some members have reported elders resorting to physical harassment (poking, shoving etc), hinting “Jehovah’s EYES are everywhere” and giving details of the members’ private-most conversations and doings in the bedroom with their own marriage mates. WTS heads put out articles saying for elders not to “police” the bedrooms in 1978 but later in a talk (but not in writing) in 1983 told regular members “THE PRACTICE” of some marital intimacies can led to EXPULSION. (discussed on Jehovahs-Witness.com) So regular JWs absent that evening have been “expelled” (harassed/trained) without CLEARLY aware why. Contrast this to the pedophilia coverups. Whom shall we serve: Jehovah Himself or the Watchtower's Governing Body?

Planes just a diversion... Ambulances had bombs.
by biblexaminer ini feel pretty sure about this, that the planes were just a diversion set to allow emergency vehicles easy access to the basement parking lot.
eye witnesses placed a large explosion just before the south building came down.
one thing is sure, the buildings did not come down as a result of the planes hitting them or any explosions due to that.

The planes hit, didn't totally collapse the buildings, later explosions from plane fuel and or explosives aboard those planes knocked the buildings on down. The ambulence theory is less likely. Not long after the 1975 debacle even Brooklyn Bethel experienced a bomb from an unknown source. New York and this whole planet has too many nationalist-religious fanatics among people who feel their backs are to the wall then react violently - sad. :(

State Dept building may have had carbomb attack, had been evacuated thank goodness; streets filled with shocked people; all airports closed, international flights diverted to Canada; described as war footing situation; US military craft must all be scrambling; US allied nations such as Canada, Australia, UK need be/doubtless are on alert, a 4th explosion just hit, hear 2nd World Trade Center just fell to ground! Horrible. Please pray

White House evacuated in a rush, security peering up at a plane there though may be innocuous, both World Trade Center towers hit by planes, appears plane hit Pentagon, Treasury and at least one other U.S. Dept evacuated, no indication Brooklyn's Watchtower building complexes were at all affected, all U.S. airports closed temporarily, President rushing back to Washington D.C. Both NYC, D.C. extremely tense as in war situation. Streets full of people. Pray for the people of America.

The group as well as Alan Feuerbacher in saying that so-called "madapostate" probably actually works for the Watchtower Society is mostly likely correct. From reading some of his past posts he appears to be unusually well-educated, has had first-hand dealings with Brooklyn bigwigs including the cyber-boys, has traveled widely, is fairly young, overly conceited, adversarial, American, is working here in concert with some other elders to also plant falsities that they hope we'll latch onto, spout then have them boomerang back on us. An even bigger guess is that his first name starts with a J. So how's that Mad....... I too prefer you stick around so you'll learn a thing or two but predict you will curse, try to laugh it off or flee.... none of which is good. NEW LAW IN CANADA FOR CLERGY VISITS

the list is now confidential...!.
article in the newspaper of september 7, 2001. unless you stipulate, upon admission, that you desire a visit, the elders will not even know.. this change, i am sure, is based on the practice of jw blood gestapo frequenting the hospitals and scanning the patient lists under the guise of clergy priviledge, looking for jws sneaking into hospital and getting blood based treatment.. the actions of the elders was deemed against the law of patient confidentiality, and so their privelidge was cut.. elders stay out is now the new law.

Note that any and all signatures on "No Blood" cards are signed "UNDER DURESS" of discipline from elders of the Watchtower Society. Is a contract a valid contract if one of the parties is forced to sign it? It's like having a gun being put to your head and told you must sign the document or else. Some may happily sign such a document but I'll guarantee you many don't for it also violates what Matthew 7 teaches including verse 12. 1Samuel 14:32-5 says Saul's men ate unbled meat as it was an emergency situation where they otherwise would have died, and nowhere does it say the men (his whole army) were punished for it. Come clean, Watchtower men who tell people to let their children and other loved ones bleed to death!

The number of jw is reducing?

DOES WTS own Kingdom Halls?- Challenge
by Amazing inrecently, the bonham, texas issue was discussed and comments were made that when the jws lost the hall in 1986 that the society then took deed ownership of kingdom halls to prevent another case like bonham from happening.. i challenged this as not being universally true, because long after the bonham case, i kept congregation files and we never made any deed transfers to the society, nor change our non-profit association charter to make the society a beneficiary in trust.. what i did yesterday: i am frequently involved with courts, judges, and legal matters, property titles, etc.
i checked on a kingdom hall at random near my office.
i ran a deed search and the title came up as being owned by the local congregation of jehovah's witnesses, and no mention was made of the watch tower society or any subsidiary corporations.. further, the kingdom hall in my analysis was purchased not long ago, but long after the bonham case.

Just2laws, note that after the WTS loses cases over having shielded molestors to victims' damage, Judges must award damages and will do so based on what they believe is the WTS's DEGREE OF CONTROL OVER PERSONELL & PROPERTIES OWNED.
If they look at deeds and the deeds seem to show the hall buildings are locally owned, then the Judges will tend to not award those to the victims. That would save the WTS some big dollars.
Further in another discussion thread it's brought out that one possible upgoing move is the WTS may dump many if not all Circuit Overseers to not only save money but make it seem to Judges and others that the local kingdom halls have local autonomy due to no intervening layer of CO's which would indicate a Hierarchy.
In reality the WTS would simply send in elders (even some of the ex-COs) who would be called local elders but in fact would be direct WTS appointees lording it over the local elders.
Again, these things would be confusing to the Judges and Juries and give the WTS more wiggle room to challenge the big-dollar awards going against them, and if they due to such ploys can reduce their monetary losses even a little, that will help them.
Their only problem is that the initial poster of this thread is a very sharp person. Please quite imputing wrong motives to him. I understand you're saying you just want to be fair even to the bully on the block, but after reading what I've explained maybe you'll see what some of the other concerns are.
I think Silentlambs needs to read this too and to warn Anderson & Reinhardt legal firm of some that the WTS may be taking moves to mask their culpability and shield their assets even more than the coorperate restructuring they undertook in early 2001, still another "shuffle game" tactic on the part of the WTS and its attorneys.
