I must tell all of you Thank you again.
I read your post and they are so encouraging to me and my whole family. I can't help but smile all the time. Now that the trial is over I am free to answer any details, so feel free to ask.
My family has been by my side every step of the way, but with all of us being ex's it's easy to feel quite alone in this type of battle, but knowing there are people who really care makes a world of difference.
You all are our true brothers and sisters.

To all of those who have supported me in the trenches with your good wishes and prayers, THANK YOU SO MUCH, your posts bolstered me and your prayers uplifted me. WOW, now that's what I call UNCONDITIONAL LOVE!!!

I'm sure most of you have heard that Manuel L. Beliz was convicted AGAIN,.... two counts of first degree child rape and two counts of first degree child molestation. The best part was seeing the handcuffs clamped on to his wrist and hearing the cynching ratchet of justice as they closed, knowing that his filthy hands can't damage another child, atleast for now.
Manuel molested two other girls, one of them he raped. These two girls, Mimi and Helena are blood sisters and could not testify at my trial because my case had to stand on its own.
I can't express my gratitude enough to all of you who were there in mind, heart, and spirit. I felt everyone of you present when I was testifying. When I was at my weakest and I couldn't take it anymore, you all made me strong........ THANK YOU!!!

How Do You Feel It Should Be Handled?

You said "IF" the pedophile was repentent then that person would be allowed back in the congregation i seem to recall that Manuel never apologized to Erica and even went as far as pleeding NOT guilty in his first trial, my question is then why let him back in where he can put other children at risk? And he walked his daughter down the isle at the kingdom hall when he was reinstated isn't that a priviledge?
And he is encouraged to go out in service forget the car group there were times I went out in service by myself because i was behind in my hours,what then if Manuel goes out in service by himself, the KH and WTBS allowing a accused child rapist knock on some strangers door and putting alot of children in a horrible sitution. -

Erica is married therefor her last name is not Garza anymore.

Grunt speaking out of righteous indignation is not only noble but takes courage and it in no way places you in the same hysterical catergory as nytele.
It is a fact that Manuel and the california molesting elder both attended the same kingdom hall at the same time in Othello, WA. in the late 1970's. They were friends.
The elder who later moved to cali is refered to as "valenz" this is just a nickname. He does deserve to be prosecuted but the law being what it is these things take time. So i guess only time will tell.
All the outpouring of encouragement on this site is a blessing from God. -

FYI He has three kids and one is under 20.
His wife was found in contempt of court for not testifying and put in jail during the first trial.
