  Boring bookstudy book...which one was the worst?

  i remember the old timers saying that the red babylon book was the hardest to understand.. in my memory, i'd have to say the isaiah books and daniel book were the most involved and boring.. the revelation book had gorgeous pictures in it (the writing was horribly boring), so i just looked at them, and i was 22 at the first study of it!.

  The book I remember was the Babylon book. It had a separate question book to it. Wow total boredom.

  on monday, october 20th, in elk city, oklahoma, a jehovah's witness knocked on my very good friend's door.

  she did not know at the time that he was a jw but he was passing out literature.

  she thought it might be someone out campaigning for a political candidate.

  I remember being invited over to a "party" We asked what was the occasions? There where not to the point, so we went. It was a Amway sales meeting!! That pissed us off.

  Best media covered abuse case?

  i was hopeing to get a really dramatic case of child abuse, where the wts policies are clearly shown to have made the issue worse.

  it would be preferable to have a victim's name and picture to associate with the case.. i'm wanting to have a good reference that shows the human impact that i can show to people.. thanks..

  i just read the nov 15, wt - what a laugh.. so they admit some leave over their teachings and then they say there's no where else to go.

  what a joke - they are liars.. .

  was it a problem with a teaching?.

  November 15th Kool-Aid WT about helping those that "stray" to return

  the first two study articles in the kool-aid version of the november 15th wt are about helping inactive ones to come back to the meetings.. these articles are cultspeak at its best.. the second paragraph sets the tone:.

  "sadly, some who seemed to appreciate jesus' sacrifice and made a dedication to god no longer associate with the christian congregation.

  discouragement, health problems, or other factors may have weakened their zeal and caused them to become inactive.

  Singing at the KH

  ok, i know that i am being petty when i say this, but it bugs the hell out of me.. i can't stand it when they are singing the song and then someone leaves their chair and walks to the back of the kh or somewhere and they continue to sing !!!!!

  is it just me or is that jus weird??

  it like they are hypnotized and have to sing if there is a song being played .

  I never did sing. I hated singing. But I did give in to look like every one else. I moved my mouth WA WA WA WA. It looked like I was singing.
