  We are not saying that.
  

  We are saying it should never have become a forum issue, but it did when the accusations were made,. This was a case of a mutual relationship that didnt work out, not stalking or unwanted attention.

  Everyone involved in this seems to have had feelings hurt, but it would not be fair for just one party to be publically lynched by naming them in that thread especically with stalking and predatory accusations, when the fault is on all sides.

  I don't know six, but I don't believe everything I read either. It just seems to me that ALL OF THIS would have been avoided if the person starting the thread had just come out and said who it was in the first place. No "suspicions," no "inuendos," none of the "gossip," (by MEN and women) no 2 or 3 page threads speculating about who it "might" be. No one would have a black eye.

  No it wouldnt have been better to name the person, it would have been very unfair.

  No one has been, or is being, stalked. It was simply a case of a short-term online relationship that didn't go anywhere and should NEVER have become any sort of forum issue.

  Since people started threads making allegations, it has become one which has not been fair on those involved and certainly not on others who have been labelled through speculation (such as sixofnine)

  This doesn't alter the fact that if people are receiving unwanted attention via this site (PMs, Chat) then they should report it and we will take action if necessary.

  However, none of the 'attention' seems to have been unwanted at the time and people should be responsible for their own actions and consequences IMO. If there has been any fault then it has been on all sides and nothing to do with us!

  As a side note, some have inferred that some sort of 'predatory' behavior has gone on warranting warning etc... and this is simply NOT the case. If people are really concerned about this then having secret relationships behind their partners back and having to keep their relationship hidden is what puts them at risk of being used. If people are open and honest then they are not at such risk as, if someone is playing games, there is chance for others to raise the alarm.

  If you don't want to get burnt, don't play with matches !

  Can they sue and win? Obviously not, otherwise they would do it.

  I think that is the point exactly. If the program was so full of lies and so inaccurate - surely they could sue and WIN.

  Fantasy Football League...Interested?

  i'm wondering who would be interested in playing in a fantasy football league if i set one up?.

  we would have a lottery to see who drafted first....last and of course that would be accomplished online.. there are free versions and some that are better that would cost roughly $10 per person.. no less than 12 - no more than 16 teams would work.. you can respond here or pm me.. we would want football loving people who are serious about losing to my team.

  Did I Do The Right Thing?

  this happened just about an hour ago.

  i'd driven out of town to do some remedial work for a customer, so i was driving my battered old ford sierra.

  coming back into wsm, i was a few hundred yards from a large roundabout and was positioned in the correct lane, ie, the centre one, and slowing to a stop.

  Yes you did the right thing - I just hope the police do breathalize him at some point. I'm relly surprised they just took his word for it.
  

  I despise drunk drivers, there was an accident here a few weeks ago, where the driver lost control and mounted the pavement and crashed into a young mother and her child who were waiting to cross the road - mother was killed instantly and the child is critical

  Sad News...

  my mom had her valve replacement and triple by-pass surgery today.

  the operation lasted five hours, and they had just gotten her to her room at 8:00pm when she went into cardiac arrest.

  the doctor tried everything, even opening up her chest and massaging her heart.

  Mulan just reminded me of another.

  I was the householder during a talk and was asked to read a scripture and I read completely the wrong one. We just kept going lol but loads of people were lauging because the scripture had nothing to do with the talk

  I was in KFC trying to open one of those little ketchup containers and my finger slipped through the foil and the whole lot splatted up into my face - It also went in my eye and really stung
