Well, when I was 17, I tripped walking down the isle during the meeting, and my skirt flew up over my head when I landed. I had more than one 'brother' thank me for the most interesting meeting he had been to in a long time.
Arrgh poor you ! I think I would have died on the spot of embarrassment - I did that once myself in a cinema going up some steps but luckly it was dark as the film had started lol
Once in our hall after the meeting a sister (who was a bit nutty) was talking to an elder at the front of the hall, and suddenly slapped him across the face - I was at the back and heard the CRACK That was most entertaining lol - so I guess every moment wasnt boring !

2005 Barbecue Is Definitely On!
by Englishman insaturday seems to be much preferred over sunday, so this years bbq will be held on saturday, july 9th, commencing around 2 pm.
location is our home in weston super mare.
as usual, the day will be very boozy and proceedings will conclude in the waverley pub.

what about it...i know for me i got gifts throughout the year but i didnt get as many as my friends did on their birthdays etc....what about you...do you or did you replace b/days and christmas gifts or celebrations with anything else whilst being a jw and in particular anything as personal....

theres no jonny boy and all the centres are out,but im confident we will be ok!.
its always a pleasure to go to the rugger,theres a family atmosphere and plenty of beer!.

One time in our hall there was a very embarrassing announcement :
Please could whomever has "borrowed" the KH vacuum cleaner bring it back
Yes thats right - someone had swiped the hoover from the KH, this announcement repeated a few times - I dont know if it ever turned up !
