  Hillary Takes New Hampshire...........

  if she gains enough momentum, would you consider voting that way?

  i want to see the national health care ideas debated and brought to forefront in the us.

  I truly believe that many times a woman gets more work done than a man. I think this country needs a lot of work done to change and hopefully fix the many problems that we face.

  An example that I recently experienced: I bought a new car. Every thing in that dealership was run by men. The GM, the accountant, the CSM were all men. You would not believe the mess I went through to get my car. I actually had to call around different dealerships to find the car I wanted and had to hook up the dealership I traded with and the dealership that had the car.

  After going through all that ( it took 2 weeks to get my car) I sat there trying to figure out what was wrong...it dawned on me that they needed a professional woman on board.

  Whereas Bill Clinton, an incredibly intelligent man, seemed occupied at times with other things than running the country, I see Hillary actually rolling her sleeves up and getting down to business.

  So if Obama loses steam I actually [gulp] might. God, you would never have heard those words out of me a few weeks back.

  I wasn't that shocked by the voting last night, but this is SHOCKING!!! LOL!

  I must say that you're on the right track, now! I don't agree with Hillary on some issues, but I would really like to see a woman voted in as President. I think she would do a very good job. She is very committed and seems to work hard at whatever she does. It will be interesting to see who ends up getting the nominations.

  I happen to agree with Edwards - when a CEO walks away from a company with 10 billion dollars after laying off 1,000 of his workers, there is something wrong with the system. When 50 million of the citizens of this country are without health insurance but the top CEO's earn 12 billion for their work - there's something wrong. When 35 million people in this country don't have enough food to eat but we spend 200 million on a political campaign between Hillary and Obama themselves - there's something wrong with the system.

  I think if this doesn't get fixed soon nothing else will matter. He seems to be the one talking about real CHANGES! AT least we know his track record in taking on big corporations....

  P.S. I also like his hair...maybe it's a southern thing to be concerned about hair! My brothers always spent time in front of the mirror making sure every hair was in place! LOL!

  i heard this question the other day, and it really started me thinking...... if hillary wins the election, how are all these arab nations and presidents going to relate to a woman president??

  i mean women, in general, are looked down upon and have no authority in the arab world.

  won't having a woman president put us in a dangerous position??

  journey.....I really don't get why you singled out the Clinton's for your attack on lifestyles. Bill/Hillary never had a lot of money until AFTER he was President. I don't have an issue with intelligent people making money. This is America after all. (It's a good thing that GB has all those oilfield's around the world lining his pockets, because he sure won't make it in Speaking Engagements!)

  If you have a problem with money that is paid to ALL President's and Congressmen/women then you better get busy trying to get the law changed. Good Luck!

  A Holiday Gift to JWD, from Scully & Friends

  i have been working on this little project for quite some time, and it's finally ready to share with all of you... just in time for the holidays!.

  this project entailed converting scans of hard copies of public talk outlines into pdf format and then compiling all of them into zip folders.

  there are over 150 documents in total, complete with update notices from brooklyn.

  How much does a housewife cost?

  don't take this the wrong way, this is purely out of curiousity.. .

  assuming you are the working man who makes the money, and the wife stays at home and takes care of the house and cooks and does laundry and all that stuff.. no children!.

  how much would it cost to hire someone(s) to do all those things instead?

  It seems hard to find a pro-JW forum, I believe this may be in part due to the Watchtower teaching against their use.

  Correct! They teach that the internet is mostly evil and is a tool Satan the Devil uses to get Christians to sin!

  If you want to interview a JW, just go to your local coffee shop in the morning (Sat) and they should start drifting in for breaks from their door-to-door ministry around 10-11. Just remember that they are repeating phrases that are pounded into their heads at 5 meetings a week! It's not necessarily the "truth" but it's THEIR "truth".

  9. What are the important holidays and traditions of this religion?

  0...they don't allow any celebrations of anything!!! For some reason you are allowed to celebrate your wedding anniversary, but not your birthday, Christmas, Valentine's Day, Thanksgiving, etc. You get the picture. "All work and no play makes Jack a DULL boy!"
