No this is people claiming Harrison Ford played an Archeologist in Starwars, and other people saying they are wrong.

The drones don't attack until you become a threat.
What ever attack you use on them can only be used once before the rest become immune.

Should We Form A Committee?
by Englishman indansk recently asked us to write and protest about the erection of a kh in bury, lancashire.. many of us did just that and the newspaper concerened emailed most of us asking for permission to publish our comments in it's weekly issue.. it was also suggested that maybe we could also write to df'ing committees to protest at their actions.. so, we're wondering, should we form some sort of committee to co-ordinate operations such as this on an ongoing basis?.
if we did that, who would be interested in playing an active part?.
any suggestions as to how such an operation should be run?.

If you want to "take us down it is easy" form a Watchtower clone that is more competative, and marketable. Then buy the Watchtower out.
To bad venture captialist don't invest in religions. You guys realy take this thing too seriously. Now all you need is a name. Hey maybe you can have like a pitch session. As funny as it sounds I am telling the truth the easist way to get JWs to leave is fufill our needs (no afterlife, unitarian, malevolent God, on going celestial civil war, amegedon, immortality on earth) with out the drama of being a JW (people talking smack about the watchtower and trying to ban you).

If I influenced your wife abandon you, would that be harmful to you?
It depends on the relationship. Note the Watchtower discourages separation, and condems divorce if the grounds are not adultry.
If I influenced your children to shun you, would that be harmful?
Not really. You are taking a normal dynamic of human relationships, and pretending only Jehovah's Witnesses exhibit this behavior. There are many families that do not speak to each other due to less lofty ideals than religion.
If I told lies to your mother and father and they shunned and disinherited you, would that be harmful?
If you slandered someone specifically you can be held liable. Otherwise it is your mother's problem. My great aunt (still living) is a JW we are JW's she gave her estate to an elder she liked to portion out the majority of how he liked after her death. The court said it is her money so they have to respect her wishes.
If I formed an organization whose purpose was to do the above things, should I be held legally liable in some fashion?
No. It is not a crime to advocate legal behavior.
If I formed an organization whose purpose was to do the above things to a large number of people, should the government support it by licensing it?
Yes. It is your right.
If I formed an organization for some good purpose but it gradually deteriorated into one characterized by the above odious practices, should it be banned?
No.

There are a lot of gullible people out there and I say with a great degree of certainty that my daughter was "zapped" into joining that crappy outfit. Only the gullable and the innocent give way to the JW methods of converting people to that cult. My daughter is an educated woman and she had a lot going for her until the Jehovahs witnesses used her then boyfriend toconvince her that the JW way is the only way.
Phill:
This is sad and funny at the same time. It sounds like you had a daughter that spent money going to college, and now you feel gypped. That?s funny. You are claiming your daughter is too "feeble minded" to exhibit her own free will. That is sad.
What if she became a Nun then she would still be educated and poor. You are making my point. Seventy years ago there was a movement to sterilize people like your daughter because people felt they were responsible for communism.
People like her are the glue that binds society people altruistic easily trained, and utilized for the gain of others. You should wake up and realized that there is nothing wrong it is what makes people human. If she tossed her ?education? to join the military and ?clean toilets? would you feel the same?

Look at Japan they have a high suicide rate. They are not Jehovah's Witnesses by large, but believe it is better to be dead than be dishonorable. When the economy took a dip many men committed suicide when they lost their jobs, because they felt they could not find a new job, or too egocentric to take a less degnified one, and they felt they were worthless without one. What you and others fail to realized is this is in the spectrum of "normal" human behavior. I don't know where you live but most people that live in places like America don't know that elsewhere this type of behavior is glorified, encouraged, and NORMAL. I am not advocating people kill themselves just establishing it is not the Watchtowers fault.
BTW is that ?The Bride??

It is not a lie. You don't understand death.
There is no spirit. Spirit literally translates breath. If you want to believe in magic breath beyond the grave then fine, but when people die in the real world they are out of existence. Also your Lord didn?t do much if he faked his death by remaining alive in some other plane for a three-day vacation.

You also forget that we can grow our own oil. I can't remember where the article is, but there was a machine that can turn 10 chickens into oil in 30 minutes. It can do that to any organism.
So we may run out of mineral oil, but we will have oil in the future.
I think you are missing the point.
Imagine you are Joe Luis. Heavy Weight Champion of the world. Undefeated. You are a multi-millionaire. After an amazing career in sports you retire and kick back to enjoy your millions. Next thing you know the IRS is at your door because you didn't pay your taxes. Next thing you know you are back in the ring as an old man getting the crap beat out of you to repay your debt, and you never do. In the end you are relegated to being a doorman at Caesars Palace. This is the oil crash.
We can't tool up over night and turn chickens into oil. We have an energy, and resource debt. Energy and materials that would be free (oil is free to who ever controls the soil it resides in) we would have to get from other sources just to grow and take care of the chickens.
If you have a system for example where you invest 2 cents to get 3 cents return what happens if you only have one cent left? The fear is we won't know we have "ran out" until we will have too little oil left to invest into a system to pick up where oil production left off. If this new system does not exactly meet the demands of the old one, then some place people are going to die or suffer from the side effects.

In a free society that most people idealize you are free to do harmful things to adults with their consent, and those adults are free to exhibit harmful behavior within the bounds of the law. So basically you are eroding the freedom you claim the Watchtower denies. You are making people who don?t like each other anymore be friends. I am sorry you feel being a jerk is a crime, but IT IS NOT!
Alan F how come you can't see that you are advocating babysitting adults? This is no different than making a law that high risk groups must ware condoms during sex.
