Okay I figured it out so lets put it to rest now. God used a miracle. It was the same one he hexed adam, eve, and flying stuff with. It apparently eliminates death by incest and allows an unrealistic population growth from a small group (yeah right). So it is official if you belive in magic and stuff it is clear God knew the damage he did and used a miracle to fix it.

jesus and peter used the story of flood to illustrate how god will destroy hundreds of millions of evil people again.

Because according to god they were the only 8 righteous people on earth. So if they move they would just meet more bad people. This story why is it even in the bible it makes no sense. It is not even a good parable it has no point and explains nothing. Think of it. Noahs ark just contradicts the bible and known history of everybody. It like god wanted just to confuse people. It is not even scary because at the end he swears never to do it again.

Noah never preached to anyone. God said he was gonna kill them all and unlike abraham with sodom noah didnt even argue with god about it. THe noah preaching thing is just propaganda. Um yes you would. Everything on the planet died. That is quite a clean up. After mass extinction usually the most versitile scavenger is what turns into the next generation of earths epoch. Scavengers are built for the apocalypse every day is lived like it is the end of the world. The scavengers even eat dead scavengers. There have been times on the planet were the most feared preditors were packs of hyena like pigs.

The thing is and I am not being contrary how do you know that humans are not dying out? Remeber this is a book that says two people (2^-3 of the noah survivors) made enought people in a handfull of generations to bring down a global apocalypse that killed everything on earth. Also remember there is nothing to say that noah was not the son or decendant of an incubus (or secubus if want to be fair).
I know it is temping to really use models based on today's observations. Noah was barely human. Now you can look at this 2 ways. One try to make a real nomal noah survive a local flood, or make a supernatural noah survive a global deluge. A normal noah can't survive the global flood he would be dead (from old age) before he finished the ark.
Also notice this. Everything on that ark sired different specise than the parents. That is more spectacular mojo than death by incest. It would classic monsterism straight out of X-men.
You clould pose a totally theological solution. The future generations was not closely genticaly related to noah and God inseminated all the females on the planet like he did marry, elizabeth, samsons mom, and those color changing sheep. He has shown a pinchant to get all up in that A*.
If this was a local flood it is obvious they met up with othere people and animals later on.

Also that is a old gnostics veiw if you look at the film passion of the christ Jesus they show jesus body disolving (the burrial cloth deflates) and him rematerializing in a new yet scarred body. I am sure leolaia knew that when she said it.
