  Yes, I know I'm a circle of few but Eliott can darn well sing beautifully and Taylor is the most original there in a long time!

  i just wanna say hi to all and let everyone know a little about me.... i have stopped going to the hall after going my whole life, i havent been to the hall in over 2 years but i went to the memorial this year.

  my dad is currently an elder and my whole family is still into it.

  it makes it hard when your dads an elder i had to move out early because i didnt want my dad to be taken down as an elder.

  It has been obvious for a while that Taylor will most likely win American Idol.Having said that(to use a favorite Paula phrase) ...Chris is very talented and will get record offers.Just because you win American Idol doesn't guarantee a great career.. Just look at winners from season past.The only ones doing anything are Carrie and Kelly..you will hear more from Chris..

  jah the almighty had to sacrifice loved ones in order to raise a perfect family in discipline and righteousness.

  I got off easy because my father is an Elder

  i was reading the story of james caputo on his site disfellowshipped.org when i came to the realization that i received favorable treatment because of who my father is.

  i was 17 when i told my father that i didnt want to be a jw anymore because i just didnt really believe in it, i think i said something along the lines of i just don't "feel it" anyways he told me that since i was a minor i would have to keep going to the meetings and that i would have to tell the elders how i felt.

  so a few days later 2 elders who had known me since i was 6 years old came over and talked to me, although they made it clear from the outset that it wasn't a jc.

  Taylor is BACK!! (American Idol)

  i just watched taylor's performance.

  i don't think the judges loved him too much, but i sure did.

  he was great.. it's only half over so no comment on the others yet.

  I agree.. Taylor is amazing.. I love to watch him perform and he was silly like he can be with the first performance.. but then he was singing songs from 1976.. most of the songs from that year were pretty lame... but his second performance where he really showed how well he can sing... was superb!!! Even Simon said that with all of Taylor's "balmyness" he forgets what a great singer he is ..Katherine is beautiful and can definately sing..so can Chris.. but Taylor is all performance.. sings with soul ... I still think he is the one to go all the way.. I am hoping Paris goes tonite as the others deserve to go farther..

  How do some of you, find so much time to be on this board?

  i have noticed that some posters are here a lot, and i was just wondering how you find so much time to do that?

  between work, coming home and playing with my child, working outdoors in the yard, and enjoying the weekend in the outdoors doing fishing, hiking or just getting outside.

  i have little time for places like this and yet some are here "a lot!

  I just make the time because I find the posts interesting and informative.. and there is always something going on. to follow..like SOL's jc recordings...
