  i just wanna say hi to all and let everyone know a little about me.... i have stopped going to the hall after going my whole life, i havent been to the hall in over 2 years but i went to the memorial this year.

  my dad is currently an elder and my whole family is still into it.

  it makes it hard when your dads an elder i had to move out early because i didnt want my dad to be taken down as an elder.

  we'll most likely do a nice dinner tonight as a family (husband, daughter and i), and i will have to buy my own cake.

  but we can never call it a birthday anything...the very mention of the term freaks him out!

  how do you like my new avatar - a picture of a field of poppies?

  we had to sell the mustang to have enough money to buy a different car that both my hubby and i can drive.

  he's too tall for driving comfortably the mustang.

  We didn't convert anyone. We deconverted nine that I can think of offhand. That's not including children that were born later. There have been a few inactive JWs that we've been able to mentally release as well.

  a warm and friendly hello to all !!.

  i've been lurking and learning for a few months.

  former elder who drifted away due to congregation hyprocrisy and politics.. went through many of the feelings of inadequacy and/or lack of confidence for a while but the longer i was away the stronger i became.. i'll tell more about myself later but right now i want to thank all of your for sharing your thoughts and comments.. it's truly amazing how bright the light can get when you really learn the truth and get out of the "organization".

  OK...I Just Have to Share....

  i put my house on the market today at around 12:45pm... the sign went in our front yard around 1:20pm...2:10 the realtor phones and says that someone wants to see the house 1:30 tomorrow (saturday)....then he phones back at 3:45 (i'm out picking up lucifer from work) i phone him back around 4:00pm...he says the people want to see the house at 5:30pm (today)....9:30 we get an offer, and we sign the papers....i am sooooooo happy...lol...but they have 20 days to get an inspector in and their finances in place....so may 11th, if all goes well, my house is sold!

  i just had to share..lol....i have been phoning everyone!

  i haven't posted on here for a while, i let fullofdoubtnow have the freedom of my pc for a few months, and it's not easy to prise her away from it lol.

  also, i've been working away occasionally.
