Why Is A "Non-violent" People So Violent To Its Young?
by steve2 inone of the anomalies of the jehovah's witness worldview is that it "carries" its non-violence hand-in-hand with some fairly violent practices towards its young ones.
so, the jehovah's witness father or mother who would reject any involvement in the military or "turn the other cheek" if physically attacked in field service, has no qualms about yanking their noisy child out of the kingdom hall and giving that child a good thrashing (i.e., beating on the buttocks, legs, arms and back) and creating an even greater noise.
i am not a parent, but over the years of observing parents - and others - hitting children both inside and outside the kingdom hall, it slowly occurred to me just what a barbaric practice this was.

by confusedjw insince it is well defined that when the wt kicks you out you are disfellowshipped - there action.
and that when you want to leave you disassociate - your action.

How about as a child I knew if I cut myself badly that I better not loose to much blood as I wasnt going to get a blood transfusion and was going to die. Nosebleeds scared me big time.

simple but bad plan
by tenrats instay with me on this plan if you dare.i have heard that if one were to leaflet cars at a kingdom hall the elders will come out and remove the leaflet from the windshield.

you want these cars to blend in. .double the fun now make sure you have your leaflets printed on bright paper.go ahead and leaflet the cars but on your bait cars you slip the leaflets through the windows onto the dash a ways away from the window so they will be seen by the clean up crew. you want them to really lean into the car. in the back seat hide a vidio camera so as to catch the person going into YOUR car to remove the apostat material .when the meeting is over call the elders over and tell them you have them on tape stealing and if they dont put the leaflets back you will charge them with theft. i can see it now the elders putting leaflets back onto the windshields so as not to be charged and you still have the camera? why not vidio that?
