Thanks for a great reply Terry. We can always count on you to come up with a beautifully crafted piece that strikes at the heart of things.

i think most of us appreciate the difference between the tyrannical watchtower society and the average sheep like followers who make up the congregations.
we have been jehovahs witnesses so we know how brainwashed they are.
i am interested in knowing how you feel towards jehovahs witnesses individually and whether you hold them accountable.

"our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate.
our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure.
it is our light, not our darkness, that frightens us most.
"As we are liberated from our own fear, our prescence automatically liberates others."
There is a deeper truth hidden here. Look for the one who would fear anything. Find this 'me' that fears, struggles, seeks, condemns. What is it exactly? If you really look all you will find of it are a bunch of ideas only. You cannot 'be' an idea. So if you are not an idea then what are you? Look and find out directly - the finding out of what you really are is the liberation. That liberation rests in/as the presence of what you actually are. What are you waiting for?
haven't seen him around.
anyone know what's up?
i sure do miss the gumb-master.
Hey, thanks for the updates guys. I can rest easy now knowing our favorite master of gumby-isms is OK.
we all want to have success, enjoy happiness, love and good health.
so why must 99% of people be destroyed at armageddon?
why must there be victims (armageddon) in order to have a paradise?.
At the deepest level we are all the same - not same as in alike but same because all is oneness. You can discover this yourself directly. The differences which are perceived are differences imposed by the mind and the separate sense of self that the mind also creates. Most people go about their lives swimming in this illusory mind created world without the slightest inkling that the 'little me' that they take themselves to be doesn't exist in reality. Without 'me' to separate everything all is seen to be one.

Hope he is OK. Hey gumby! Wherever you are, we're thinking about ya.
turn in a field service report each month?
I can just see it now: No, Peter, you cant just "tell me" you were out preaching.....you need to chisel the number of hours for me in this little stone tablet and drop it in the box at the back of the cave...."
Good one kid-A - I got a nice little chuckle out of that.

I just checked and didn't see him there. JWD without gumby is like cooking without using spices. Come back gumby! JWD is in desperate need of some gumb-spice.

1. were among the first to respond to the tsunami of 2004 and hurricane katrina with food, water, shelter, clothing, comfort, etc.
and provided relief efforts to every person they came in contact with regardless of religious beliefs.. 2. point to jesus as the only source of true happiness in today's world of uncertainty.
3. utilise 'worldly' holidays to focus attention on god's love for mankind.. 4. welcome you in no matter how many tattoos or body piercings you adorn your body with.. 5. pray for everything and at a moment's notice.
2. Point to Jesus as the only source of true happiness in today's world of uncertainty
Does this statement make it true? Would, say, a Buddhist agree with this? Seems to me this statement implies that nobody but "Real Christians" can find true happiness - are you pointing to this as a verifiable 'truth' or as a belief held by a particular group?
