  i have a picture but i don't know how to post it?!?!?.

  my hubby and daughter bought me great gifts, and the three year old helped me blow out the candles and open the packages.. i am eating dicicco's pizza, my b'day dinner of choice!.

  i found out on friday evening, my brother-in-law has cancer.

  we don't know much at this point, but the prognosis is not good.

  i am trying to find a nice cigarette lighter for my husband for xmas.

  i thought it would make a great stocking stuffer surprise.

  currently he is using matches, a cheapo convenience store lighter, or the cig lighter in our car.

  Dawn, my Zippos are all the old fashioned type which use a liquid fuel (naptha, I think). They require a bit of regular maintenance, as it seems like I'm always refilling them, replacing flints, trimming the wick (and no, that's not a slang term for masturbation ), etc. But there's a certain comfort that comes in using a product that has been in production for more than 70 years. And I will guarantee that these critters are windproof. I've used them while riding motorcycles and in convertibles with the top down. As for the laser ones you mentioned ... I dunno. I've never tried one.

  Colibri lighters are nice. You'll find them in most jewelry stores.

  I have several Zippo lighters. They never really go out of style, and they're durable. I use mine for lighting everything from cigarettes & the occasional cigar to campfires and BBQ grilles. The other nice feature with a Zippo is that it keeps burning until you close it, unlike other lighters that go out as soon you release the button. This is useful when you're building a campfire in bad weather.

  when you're talking to someone and instead of acknowledging you or whatever you're saying, they just stare.

  how about when you're in an elevator, and you have to fart, and you have to let it go, and you have five more floors to go

  What about when you're in the elevator by yourself & you think it's safe to rip one off ... but then the elevator stops at the next floor and people get in just as the stench is rising to nostril level?

  i studied as much about different religions as i could and read every book available to me.

  It were the JW's who brought me food and made sure I survived those tough days.

  That part is surprising.

  After talking about this with an elder, he suggested I study some more

  in my mind there's this little voice that says I'm not worthy and Jehovah does not approve of me.

  Those parts are not much of a surprise.
