Miramar is a Suburb just northwest of Ft. Lauderdale. It is not the greatest area to begin with, and on the news one always hears of crimes there. I had 2 cars stolen, and one was found in Miramar. But then again, most of the Ft. Lauderdale metro area has a lot of crime. I am glad to be away from there, after having spent 10 years there.....

she returned home and was later found murdered.
police are not giving out any details at the moment.

It appears as though they have found one of our weaknesses. With all of the coverage of Nick Berg, and overwhelming response of something so dreadfully awful that shocked us to our very core, they know that doing something so horrible that we are not used to dealing with in our country-(Beheading) will cut us deep, and bring fear, shock, and anger to our lives. It is nothing for them to commit such a gross act, as they are used to it, as they do it to their own people. No biggie to them, but they know how big it is to us. We are not used to it-(and hope that we as civilized people will never allow ourselves to be hardened to such sickening conduct, and abomination), and they will use this to try to gain power over us. I am so pis*ed off right now.

I have found that people that appear to be outwardly beautiful, according to Magazine and TV standards, oftentimes become very ugly very quickly due to their personalities, and the way they treat others. And also it works in reverse, as us Plain, ordinary people oftentimes are recognized as being very beautiful, as our warmth and caring shine through.....I know it sounds corny from having heard it so much, but it really is true that beauty comes from inside.
Sorry to hear about your son, I hope things somehow work out. I find it very mature that he fessed up to what he did, and also that he is trying to calm you. That is respectable.

the new designs will take their turns on the back of the nickel, while the front stays the same as on nickels from 2003 and before.
i think these look nice.....i always hated the monticello on the back, as it always reminds me of how jefferson had his slave's pet dogs killed there, because he felt there were too many running around.

I think these look nice.....I always hated the Monticello on the back, as it always reminds me of how Jefferson had his Slave's Pet Dogs Killed there, because he felt there were too many running around. Maybe he shoulda concentrated more on his own illegitimate children that were running around......

Does Anyone Else Ever Encounter This???
by ohiocowboy ini have been in a relationship for about 2-1/2 years now, and it seems that every time we have an argument or disagreement, it usually turns out to be my fault according to the other person, and my upbringing as a jw is always brought into the light, and also my depressive moods, this person knowing background of my exit from the org.
and the feelings it has caused me.
it feels as though they are using this as a "scapegoat", because even if that person comes home in a bad mood, or has to do something that they don't like, and an argument insues, i automatically am made the "bad guy", even though i was previously in a good mood before things started, and am reminded by this person how i must not be taking my antidepressants, or am thinking too much about my past, etc.

Yes, I have decided to go back to a therapist. First I will discuss my own issues, and once I feel comfortable, I will then discuss relationship issues, or maybe I will discuss those at first too, I have to test the waters, and see how it goes.....
