THere always seems to be a dark force associated with religions that causes a great deal of harm, the christian religion is good but not those controlling it.

Took a huge step today

True the share holders are not known and apart from that there could be more mysteries hiding behind the GB it would be interesting to know what they do with all the money they get from this org. and this is a very rich org. thanks to the slave workforce.

Does being a JW make a person physically sick?
by Gill indefinitely mentally and more than likely physically.. i have read on a few posts and freeminds about an increase of mental illness amoungst jws of between 2 and 40 % and it seems understandable considering the amount of stress being in the borg puts on people.. but what about physically?.
what are your experiences since leaving the borg?.
do you feel well and fitter than ever before?.

It is well known that intense and chronic mental stress can cause harm to the body so with some JWs it could happen, a lot of them are on medication to alleviate the mental stress and depression caused by having to a live an unnatural lifestyle.

Little Toe you may be right but it's hard to understand why he was so fond of masonic symbols.
As for the speech he gave in the masonic lodge he may conceivably have been engaging in double talk saying words that meant one thing to the masons and another to the non masons. -

the irony of it all is it happened during vacation bible school this week in my church's sanctuary.

Their names are known but their precise activities are are not well known eg who writes what in the their books and magazines and who draws up all the harmful rules that control the lives of so many R & F.

Ignorant Dub Friend Just Don't Get It
