  did you ever have bad neighbours that gave a lot of aggravation?

  what were some of your worst experiences?

  my worst was when a neighbour's crazy son poured a lot of cement in a large sewage pipe near my house and blocked it.

  My worst was when a neighbour's crazy son poured a lot of cement in a large sewage pipe near my house and blocked it. It took ages fot the waterboard company to clear the blockage, fortunately we didn't have to pay. His father was a builders merchant.

  if someone feels attracted to the jws to the point of beginning a bible study with them what sort of advice,if any, would you give them at this early stage before she/he gets hopelessly mind conditioned and entangled in their nets?

  i would base my response on the principle that one should first carefully check out the way they (the wts)treat their followers before getting intimately involved with them.

  people say that love is blind to age difference but when you have/had to strike a relationship or marry with someone what's the maximum age difference that is/was acceptable to you?

  The old sage Aristotle thought that the best way was for a man to marry in his thirties with a woman half his age, something that he personally applied and never regretted.
  
  But some may frown upon it, when I was on holidays in Spain at age 39 with a very attractive and charming Australian girl of 22 there were several prudes that couldn't look at us with a straight face. Was it Jealousy?

  i am using google's e-mail service because it gives a 2gb storage capacity and it will most likely take years to fill up, no need to delete anything, just archive.

  it's free of charge, and whereas hotmail gives you 20mb for attachments (instead of 10mb as with google), they'll charge you for that much storage capacity.

  i don't know about you but i am happy with this service.

  I find the burka revolting and whenever I see a woman in it, that really freaks me out it's a masculine ideal of purity gone wild.
  
  I don't mind at all women wearing bikinis or even g strings and tangas but the guy may be right in saying that the family unit is being harmed by certain modern ideas: divorce rate 50%, Moslem women average six children each, Western women less than two.

  The top echelon is certainly guilty of causing a great deal of suffering to hundreds of thousands of people and i hope they've earned their place in the lake of fire and torment. They and their religion are no good and never have been.

  How did you get over your silly fear of demons?

  even now, i still battle with a silly fear of if something might have demons or not...i know it is silly, really, i do, but i haven't been able to get over it completely yet.

  does anyone have any suggetions for me?

  Sirona, Googlemagoogle claimed earlier that satanists do not believe in the existence of a literal satan as the Christians do, to them he is just the impersonation of evil, the impersonal evil force. From my research on the net this seems to be only partly true, as there also seem to be satanists who do worship him as a real person, and it's not just rebellious teenagers that do so. To me people that want to worship evil even as an impersonal force are not sound.
  
  Since I believe in the scriptures I accept the existence of spirits or angels with the good angels being very good, and the evil angels being very evil and dangerous beings. Invoking spirits can lead to contact and possession by these spirits and I don't think the stories confirm this are just propaganda.
  
  As for you wiccans I don't think you invoke external beings but internal psychological potentialities with your back to mother nature mentality. Your obsession with the moon and its soft, mild, unifying light seems to be a balancing reaction to the pitiless, harsh, separating solar light that symbolises the very masculine conservative judeo christian ideal as in the JWs for example.

  Steve no, I don't know if it sounds that way but the essence of what I am trying to say is that the human mind can be a battleground between these two opposing forces, and that is the general Christian understanding and not in any way specific to Rutherford's ideology.

  EvilF as far as science knows our mental activity thoughts, emotions, moods, and mental images are based on the bio electrical activity of the brain, which is based on chemical Sodium/Potassium ion gradients, so we eat plenty of salt for Sodium and fruit/veg for Potassium.
  
  If I knew how these bio electrical impulses are converted to mental activity I would be shaking hands with the Nobel Prize awarders in Sweden. It's a great mystery and after all the brain is 1000 times more powerful and complicated than the most powerful super computer to date.
  
  However yes, God and the angels good or evil can initiate alter or suppress these micro electricities and therein mental activity, and criminally minded demons could in theory kill humans by messing around with the brains but they are not allowed to go that far, otherwise all genuine Christians would have been killed long ago. They are constantly supervised, tightly controlled and limited in what they can do, no doubt by God's own angels.
  
  That's why there is nothing to fear from them unless one willingly invokes them. And at any time God can reduce their power to a level beneath that of man. Their current status that's a little higher than man's hopefully will be totally relegated soon.
