great memories of kick ball, dirt bomb wars, hot wheels, etc.. i had plenty of friends when i was a teenager.
great memories of cruising ashley street in valdosta, listening to the radio, playing board games.. i had plenty of friends when i was in my 20's.
Friends are harder to find.
I met a real nice male friend at an auction and we shared many of the same interests.
My wife and I were invited to his home for dinner some time ago. His wife really is a great cook
I have been wanting to return the dinner invitation, for some time now.
I can't. Got a call this morning, he passed away last night.
hey, all.. i was doing the fun (task) of going over our budget.
i use quicken..pretty handy...anyhoo....i was appalled by how high i have allowed the credit card balances to get...eeek.
so i wanted to figure out how much i need to pay to get them paid off.

i've reached critcal mass.
all my clothes are tight.
since the spring i have had a series of injuries that have kept me from exercising.
Number 1. Drink as much water as you can. Since I found out that the only way a body can lose fat, is through your urine. I drink a lot of water.
Number 2. No more dairy. none.
Number 3. Try green grapes for one whole day. Eat as much as you can, for one day. Kinda a jump start.
Number 4. Foods with a lot of water in them. Raw veggies, and fruit.
I walk every day 20 to 60 minutes, I have lost 40 lbs since January of this year.
It has gotten harder to lose weight since I have gotten older. Lose it and keep it off while you are young.
i was cruising through the nicer neighborhoods today at lunch, looking @ houses.
i saw a car up ahead that appeared to be broken down.
i could see i guy in a suit standing next to it.
