  anyone have success with weight watchers?.

  what works best for you when you want to lose weight?

  i guess i'm mainly asking the ladies...it seems like it is always so easy for men to drop weight.

  the pop star - who is a jehovah's witness - was mobbed by fans after he arrived at the first ame church and thanked some children for their support.. .

  jackson's attorney, mesereau attended the morning service along with his famous client who was introduced to the congregation.. .

  following the service, jackson walked to a nearby sunday school classroom to thank some children for sending him letters of support.. .

  I set three different alarm clocks for this morning because I HAD to be at work early
  I slept through the first one, the second ones battery went flat during the night and
  the third just didn't ring. I was testing it to see what the problem was and it worked
  fine later on...
  So I pitched up at work 3 hours late

  Can You Help Me Identify This Mystery Object?

  this has got me beat.. some weeks ago, my son's fiancee's father (phew!

  ) gave me this object as a curio to keep on a display shelf.

  he said that he hadn't a clue as to what it was.

  this is a totally random guess..
  if its made of copper/bronze, it would be a decent heat conductor.. and it has a screwy thingy and a thermometer, it might have been used to messure what effect increasing pressure would have on temperature..

  I want to hide a time-capsule in my new house...

  they just broke ground on the lot where my new house is being built.

  i noticed on the floor plan that there are empty voids behind a few walls and before they finish building the walls i want to put together a time capsule that i can hide in one of those voids.. if you could put together a time capsule, what you put in it?.

  A cd of the mp3s I've been listening to in the past few months
  
  One days worth of newspapers, every issue I could find
  
  Lots of adverts from newspapers and magazines
  
  I'd keep a diary for a week and put that in
  
  If I had the time I would record one days worth of television, 2-3 channels onto dvd
  
  Edited to add:
  2 tech magazines, one about the latest computer gadgets, the other about latest military and engineering inventions

  I used to watch the news and keep up to dates with current affairs so I could try figure who the "king of the North/South" really were, so I would know when the great tribulation would start. Then I'd make the choice either getting baptised or leaving and missing the torturing and other crap thats meant to happen then, easier to just get killed at armagedon.

  What is your Favorite Scene from a Movie?

  i thought about this topic last night for the board when watching one of my favorite movies.. 1. the man from snowy river- the part when they are going after the expensive colt and they get to the edge of the cliff and all the other riders stop and "jim" keeps going and leaps down the cliff after the wild horses.

  i absolutely love that part of the movie...everytime its on i have to watch it, if not just to see this part only.. 2. love and basketball- when she tells him she will play for his heart...awwww first time i started crying.

  and then the music they had playing in the background made it even worse.

  It would appear that they aren't putting whole watchtowers and awakes on the site, just certain articles from more recent issues (I think, I'm not exactly up to date)...
