Emma, I do try to exercise, I take the dog for a walk between 30-60 mins everyday, plus cycling.
My husband doesnt think I do enough, he thinks I should be going to the gym and really pushing myself, doing weights and cardio but it makes me so tired !! I hate the gym
I wonder if that amount of walking is enough!!!!!!!!!!

Ive never had a problem losing it before, its usually keeping it off that gets me.

Im trying to lose weight, unsuccessfully. Does anyone know the % of the foods you should eat to be healthy. I mean how much protein, carbs, veg should you eatin your diet. IS it eg 40% protein 30% carbs
Ive tried cutting out bread and cutting down on carbs, that hasnt worked, Ive cut out alcohol and am cycling 30 minutes 3 times a week plus walking the dog.
Im desperate, Ive thought about just eating fruit during the day and buying weight watcher ready meals for the evening meals, but I could be just making it worse My husband has taken away my scales cos I was weighting myself everyday( well 3 times a day) but I can tell by my clothes ive not lost a lb
Has anyone any ideas ? someone mentioned a site "fitday" its free to join so I know im not eating too much. I started at 1500 cals a day, nothing, so went down to 1200, last three days 1000.!!!!
