  Are these the "cop out" clause in the Mill Hill/Porter child molestation case?

  having read through the above link, i found a couple of disturbing statements that seemed to be a loophole that "theocratic stategists" may well use to give themselves wiggle room to evade the spirit of the recommendations that incidents be reported.. first:.

  clause 4: the total [income of the trust] for 2007/8 was 6, 006, expenditure was 9, 205.. now see what is in clause 34:.

  If the Governing Body are the Faithful and Discreet Slave, Could the Governing Body all die at once?

  i'm thinking that if all the governing body members all died at once, it would disprove this whole "the governing body are the faithful and discreet slave" business once and for all.. the faithful and discreet slave, according to watchtower teaching, will continue to exist into the time of the end.

  so if the governing body all die at once, that means they ain't the faithful and discreet slave.. they need more youngish gb members quick!.

  The July 15 WT says that all the annointed will be taken to heaven between the out break of the Great Tribulation and Armageddy.

  12 000 people cannot die of natural causes all together in a SHORT time. Some of these are young in their 40s.

  So God either KILLS them and instantaneously resurrects them, or like Christ on the mount of Olives, they will be caught away in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. Jesus rose up, then a cloud caught him from sight.

  has anybody noticed in many recent watchtowers that christ is now said to have "turned his attention to the earth in 1914.".

  unlike the 60's they do not say christ "came" in 1914. the "proclaimers book " p137 says the bible students came to discern that "christ did not return, (even invisibly), in 1914.".

  the way is now paved.

  Every point in the spoof article I wrote, except for finally putting 1914 in the bin has been printed in recent Witchtower magazines.

  (Hamstergod revealed it to me all those years back!! His merciful cheekpouches are limitless!!)

  Even the doubters are now coming round to the possibility that 1914 is being readied for the toilet.

  (Then they can dump all the PROVEN-to-be-crap about 607 they want the dubbies to swallow.) Believe me, the two 607 articles were just damage limitation until 1914 is laid to rest.

  Notice too how resurrecting the 1927 teaching on "this generation" made possible the more recent "noolite"

  this a typical example of how reading the verses in the bible over and over you get exactly the gist of what paul is saying.. 1thess 4: 14 - 17. those who are already dead, arise first to be with the lord.

  those still alive when the time comes to join him in heaven are "caught away" to meet the lord in the air, and are "always with the lord" because as paul says "we shall not all fall asleep in death.".

  Sure enough:

  Let's just think: 12 000 or more people, some of them in their 40s all dying of natural causes simultaneously so they can be resurrected? God killing them? God catching them away to meet the Lord??

  The July 2013 Study edition says that "For many years we taught that the Great Tribulation broke out in 1914"

  This teaching has been largely forgotten or swept under the rug. Why mention it now? - unless they want to use it to put a new spin on 1914.

  Since the GT did not begin in 1914 - they " THOUGHT " the outbreak of WW1 was the sign - it follows that it was not the sign for Christs second presence either, or the beginning of the separating work (the latter now future) when he sits down on his throne and judges the nations.

  BIG noolite on 1914 is coming, and it depends on this old 1914 teaching.

  who can tell us of the correct translation of psalm 45: 6?.

  did the wtbcs (c for ****) change the ot verse to agree with their interpretation of hebrews 1?

  does anybody know a rabbi who could tell you??.

  I brought up this question, as the average Dub would say the Psalm is talking about jehovah.

  However in Hebrews Paul is making the point that jehovah says these words to JESUS. Same with the other quotes in Heb 1 - In the OT a witless would say they apply to Jehovah - yet paul says they are talking about Jesus.

  on pg 3 par 3 of july 15 2013 watchtower it says "for a number of years, we thought that the great tribulation began in 1914 with world war i and that "those days were cut short" by jehovah in 1918 when the war ended so that the remnant would have the opportunity to preach the good news to all nations.

  " after the completion of that preaching work,satans empire would be destroyed.

  They got rid of this teaching in the late 70's, saying that the First WW was not as bad as even the second, which was not part of this "tribulation" so awful it had never been seen before. In that study, they put a new idea that Daniel 12 foretold the length of WW2 - 1800 odd days. that was never mentioned again, and they went back to the rinky-dinky A$$emblies in the 20s idea.

  Most young witlesses dont even know of this GT teaching- they must be talking about it to put another spin on a doctrine, or to introduce a new "troof" - noolite- that depends on debunking this teaching which was forgotten for thirty or more years.

  "From Paradise Lost to Paradise Regained" - The Chapter on the last days, and "how this World Meets its End"

  The great tribulation was interrupted in 1918, so that the harvest could save those who might otherwise not be saved.

  P.197: The Great Crowd has come out of the Great Tribulation... this tribulation began on the Devil's organization AD 1914, when Jehovah's newly enthroned King took war against his enemies in Heaven.

  Jesus said this tribulation would be cut short so that some flesh could be saved. How was it cut short? By God stopping the war action in heaven against the Devil's organization.

  It is during this in - between period... that the Great crowd of "other sheep" come out. Now is that time. (Most of them are now dead so wont "come out of anything"!!)

  It is a load of SHITE.

  Read a reliable history of the First World War, then you will know why it really ended.
