Happy Winter Holiday !!!

some relatives of mine now participate in some gift giving and "winter" decoration.. one is a teacher and uses "winter holiday" as an excuse for the christmas type activities in her class.. others do a kids party,.

"hey everyone has the day off, and hey there were some good sales, and hey there is nothing open or going on this time of year".. hey it's a "winter holiday".

The reasoning just amazes me.

Another thing that irritates me is how they accept Christmas gifts.

i'm visiting my brother and his family in virginia for thanksgiving.

as i was looking out the kitchen window today, saturday, waiting for my sister-in-law to finish talking with my niece on the phone, i noticed an older couple in thick coats going to different houses in the cul-de-sac.

as i was watching the older couple and thinking about what i would do if they rang the door where i was and if they were jws, the door rang.. at the door were two older african-american women.

I still remember being reverse witnessed to when I was in.

It definetly works, quite a predicament for the WT.

It is amazing how JWs do not want to say who they are.

Though I kind of remember being trained to do that.

What's not so funny is how you used this as a pretense to get a few "B.O. (he sticks)" in, which oddly enough, devolved into "B.O. (it stinks)".

It's funny to me that if someone criticizes anything about Obamcare that person is made out to be an idiot.

Dear Designs - perhaps you missed that this thread is about "The craziest Obamacare ads you will ever see".

So what do you think of the Obamacare ads?

Just curious though, what racial slurs did the Tea Party and GOP call Barack?

I didn't write the part that says "the ads promote binge drinking and care free sex", but I agree with it.

I didn't include the two ads you posted in my post because the activities portrayed in those ads are normal activities,

school sports and carving a pumpkin.

The ads I posted portray binge drinking and care free sex as normal activities.

By portraying those activities as normal activities obviously promotes them because........ they are being portrayed as normal activities.

As I believe these ads are promoting binge drinking and carefree sex, the paying for it part you asked about should be self explanatory.

Obamacare pays for birth control, binge drinking leads to injuries, insurance pays the bills, rates go up, remember we're all in this together.

Since the article clearly states that these ads were produced by "two Colorado nonprofits,"

would you mind explaining how federal tax dollars are involved?

No explanation I overlooked that.

But you have to admit these ads are over the top .
