More Damned Snow in the air today!!!

yesterday we were blessed with another 8 inch snowfall.

it was [in defense] among the most beautiful days we have had this winter - the temps around 30 and the sun was out sometimes.

i spent the entire day at home with the grandmunchkins - they spent most of it outside playing in the wintery stuff, as they were off school.

this is not a 'muslim bashing' thread.

it is a perfect example why old words, found in caves, written by someone you don't know...in a desert far, far away can be dangerous.. turkey, a 98% muslim country is a secular country.

I run a pest control business and Im just back from the Iranian embassey. I met a man there a Mr Nooke to whom I gave a quote for work their.

Mr Nooke didnt like the quote while I was there he presented it to the accountant a women.

Anyway I know how these people like to talk tell stories all day. They wanted to know if the insecticides were safe. The sticking point came about the price of the job which by Canberra standards was very reasonable. I stuck to my price and Mr Nooke insisted he coundnt accept my price because of the female accountants orders.

I then decided to put Mr Nooke on the spot and said ' I thought you Irain men knew the way to treat women ' to which he replied 'Im being hen pecked here mate'

Sounds like an excellent book Doug, Didnt Martin Luther say something similar that the doctrine of salvation is central and which all other doctrines should be judged by.

it seems inevitable that a hundred or two hundred years from now, the majority of people in europe will be muslim.

this is based on the number of children they are having compared to non muslims, and the presumption that they will be told from a very early age they are muslim too, and taught to believe the same things as their parents.

On a more positive note many muslims when they come to western countries become apostates to Islam. It is estimated there are 200,000 apostates in england who under sharia law should be put to death. Muslims have the freedom to do what they want in western countries and havent got the threat of death over them as they have in the country they leave. eg in Pakistan anyone can be put to death for apostacy and people live in fear of being accused.

Many of these people who migrate are name only muslims some muslims became christian when they arrived in Australia.

The book of mormon has no supporting evidence of Archaeology or Geography according to Thomas Murphy Archaeologist and former mormon.

The great battle at komora hill has no evidence according to archaeologists of metal weapons and with 200,000 supposidly killed in that area there is no bones either.A similar battle at the same time found in the bible has ample evidence thousands of steel arrowheads.

According to geography the descriptions in the book of mormon is certainly of a geography that doesnt exist on earth but if we were to travel in the middle east the geography fits and the cities are still called by the same name.

According to Archaeologists there work doesnt lie and cities cant be hidden because they leave just too much evidence the cities found in the bible can all be visited but not one of the 38 cities mentioned in the book of mormon can be visited

There are 5500 manuscripts can be sighted for the bible but we only have dissappearing golden plates for the book of mormon.

The american indians are asian people and dna has proven no evidence of any other mixing of the race older then about 300 years ago. THe american indians are not jewish they are asian.

I dont have any malace toward mormons, when I was younger in our house and living with my parents we had a recording of the mormon tabernacle choir and it was one of our favorite records and at that time we notices one of the hymns had a refference to jesus going ten thousand miles to america.None of us at that time knew what it was all about.

What is required is the mormon church shoud tell the truth about their lie and stop deceiving people.

i think useing a credit card is a bit deceiving after all most people I beleive do spend more moneyon a credit card because it doesnt seem like real money. Instead of useing a credit card would you get the money out of youre pocket and hand it over just as easy.Something to think aboutbut I never use credit cards I only have a bank debit card.

while other countries have had their recessions the Australian economy is doing well and we havent had a recession for twenty years.Many people here dont know what hard times are like.
