The BEST things about the USA
by OUTLAW inwe`ve seen some pretty mean usa bashing.so it`s time for a new thread about the good things in the usa..first off they got coors beer,a dam fine beer i must say.disineyland, what kid dosen`t want to go to disineyland?been there more than a few times and i intend to go again.tex-mex food,i`ll be dammed if i can get a decent enchilada this side of the border.the oregon coast with the giant red wood forest,a beautiful drive on a holiday.the humungas servings when you go to a usa restaraunt, especialy the steakhouse`s.so if you live in the usa,or go for a visit like i do,what are the things you enjoy in the usa?...outlaw edited by - outlaw on 2 july 2002 20:25:30.

Scientists that always claimed our earth to be billions and billions of years old are now saying that in actuality it is closer to the mark of 6-7,ooo years. This of course is what JW's have always said.Put a tally on there sheet.
Yeah, please link us to an article in a scientific journal that shows scientists demonstrating evidence that the earth is only a few thousand years old. That is a wild claim, please back it up.

Eliot Ness ... The Untouchables
by Simon injust watching the film on tv with kevin costner.
incredibly, it seems that the fact is even more amazing than the fiction (a bit long but an interesting read).

Elliot ness did good at first, but he arguably more corrupt than al capone, and al capone quickly caught on to his raids and more than once elliot stormed a seaside warehouse only to find it empty. I'd say elliot was out to get fame and glory for himself more than fighting organized crime. In the end capone definitley won over mr. ness and his so-called 'untouchables'

Yah, the funny thing is I dont do programming. Im a graphics dude. But apparantly my caveman-like knowledge of flash actionscript is superior to their resident programmers so they had me do this. It took a LOT of homework and trail and error to get this thing werkin. Yes its from scarcth all the graphics were made by me. It will have sounds and stuff later. The funny thing is I still dont quite understand just what the hell this thing is going to do.

I don;t mind working with him at all, he's a nice guy. He is patronizing at times and can be cocky, but I know he wouldn't be a bad boss. My current boss is very nice too but hates this guys ass. I hate to put myself in between the two. Im very tempted to take the offer just for the money, I dont for a second beleive ill be anything more than an employee at his design firm however. Head designer sounds nice.
