id like to form a group of ex jw's to go door to door and tell perspective victims of the society why they shouldnt have a free home bible study.i magine the amount of ppl that wil really be saved.
only one thing i hated going door to door.i only went for the luncheon afterward.this kind of service work i would really enjoy.we could pass out anti- watchtower literature.i love it more and more as i write it as im making it up as i go along.what do yall think.

last night's bookstudy again focused on the date of 1919 and how it was proof that god's favor was directed towards the bible students.
this week the wts compared themselves to the jews when they were released from babylon.
basically they talked about how the jews were discplined by jehovah when babylon destroyed jerusalem and took them hostage.

I don't see JW's as being "meek" They show up unannounced Sat morn.
I'm still in my PJ's for cryin out loud, but they still want to bang me on the head with their "message." They lord it over everyone else that they are "the only ones" who have Jehovah's blessing. They use emotional warfare (DF'ing) on those who dare question their "teachings." and so on and so forth.

i was just wondering if an end to disfellowshipping might be enough to solve some other major problems, as well as deflecting criticism away from the society.. people could act on their own conscience over blood, for example.
sure, the wtbts could still say it was wrong to have a blood transfusion if they felt so inclined, but at least people would be able to make a decision based on a belief rather than acting out of fear of shunning.
it would certainly take the heat off the wtbts.. it would also take away the rage that exs feel when their families are instructed to shun them, so that the ex becomes a major and formidable opponent against the witness religion.
Nope, an end to DF'ing is just the tip of the iceberg.
